Boise Stage Stop opened the Fresh Deli earlier this year. One of our signature dishes is the hand-made Idaho Famous Ice Cream Potato. Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream, rolled in cocoa powder, and served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
