Also the BM logo change, it doesn't have the skull and the heart in the B letter, as well there's only three feathers in the logo unlike four prior to this. The Western Kami Band was in charge of these shows but the audio in the official MV is studio album sound unlike this live clip you have found. They performed this at the World Tour 2023/2024 and everyone were having a blast with their classic songs and the new ones. Now you take the red pill and we will show you how deep this Fox Hole really is. 😁 "Mirror Mirror" is one of my favorite songs. They blend here some progressive metal, metalcore, a killer breakdown and a very, very BABYMETAL chorus introducing a really cool variation on the last one. Very fan of the pre-chorus when they quote Shakespeare's MacBeth. 😁 Language is not a barrier. I actually prefer to feel the musicality of the vocals even if I don't understand a word. If it's important for you, you can check out a translation of the lyrics which are mostly positive, uplifting, fun... or even deep and poetical. I also strongly recommend to watch live performances because that's their strongest point. 🤘🦊

They have about 70 songs now, each one different to the last ... you will never get bored listening to them. What is even better, their official videos are all great and worth seeing, but they are even better when you see and hear them playing live. They are one of the very best live acts on the planet right now. BABYMETAL are lead vocalist Su-metal and in charge of backing vocals, harmonies and choreographed dance (yes, they introduced that to metal as well) Moametal and Momometal. Their choreo is bespoke for every song, it helps with interpreting the meaning of the song or a lyric (very handy for those of us who speak no Japanese), but it is also designed to involve, include and lead the crowd - when the girls jump, pump their fist, chant or make a move - whatever - the crowd follows their lead and does the same. They are absolute masters of crowd control ... and they are fun. The whole concept was formed around the vocal talents and stage presence of lead singer Su-metal, she is extraordinary ... now consider that when they started in 2010 she was still only 12 , that will give you some indication of just how incredible she is. Moametal and the original third member Yuimetal were only 11. Sadly Yui left the band in 2018 after a 12 month absence because of her poor health. Su and Moa continued as a duo for 4-5 years supported by 3 dancers who would take turns in the third spot. After about March 2020 only one of those dancers remained ... on 1st April 2023 she was revealed as the new official third member and finally she got her mic to help with the backing vocals and harmonies (and it seems she is adding a little more, but you will discover that in due course), she is Momoko or Momometal. A couple of comments hearing one Babymetal song truly is barely scratching the surface. Babymetal are three young women presenting an extremely unique and entertaining sound and experience. Just so you know. These ladies have been performing over 10 years. They are seasoned pros. Known for their legendary live performances and crowd interactions. Because they've been performing so long there are kind of three different Babymetal periods. Early days when they were just young teens. Phenomenal but can be a bit WTF to the new western listener. A middle period-lots of changes and happenings. And the current mature faze. As this was your first listen and you enjoyed the energy. I'm going to recommend another more current live performance. Live is generally the most exciting. This features one of their earliest and most popular songs. But played as only they can play it now.
