I've come to realize there are two kinds of metal bands. The kind that you crank up at parties and the kind you listen to on your own. I can understand it that Babymetal doesn't work that well with a group of people talking shit and slamming beers. They are not going to be interested in the intricacies of it. They just want the noise. It actually wasn't until Babymetal came along that I ever thought I would be interested in listening to anything on a deeper level but now I prefer it. I know nothing about music or music theory so it's always interesting listening to people speak of it with some amount of knowledge.

BABYMETAL is on another level. And today they're really on a new level. Personally I prefer their older stuff, but new (from Metal Galaxy and forward) are just amazing. Whatever they do...it's fantastic!

I'm glad to see you're back with this BM single, you don't wanna miss one of SuMetal's favorite from this album. I like the progressive metal elements and that heavy nasty breakdown as much as your reaction to that. There's also a reference to Macbeth in the lyrics besides the obvious lines famously known by Snow White tale.

Last month they started the Sabaton's Europe Tour, everyone is having a blast and they will come back to Europe at the end of the year, this World Tour is gonna be awesome, the US will get another live shows with the Babyklok Tour along with Dethklok and they will be part of more festivals shows. Fans at Hamburg were the only lucky one to enjoy this song, we'll see in future concerts. I hope you and everyone get the chance to see them live in one of their concerts around the world.
This was at BabyMetal Begins - The Other One live at PIA Arena MM, Yokohama last April 2nd, this is the first concert with MomoMetal being the official member, she has been the third backup dancer since 2019 and now she finally become part of the trio officially, we all proud of her.🍑❤
The Western Kami Band is also playing there and this live tour, they're with the girls since 2019 and slay every live show too.

My next suggestion for you would be "Believing" or "Monochrome" but they recently released "METALIZM" official MV so try that one and get ready for something totally different.

Yooo...that breakdown into the quicker beat got me out of my seat. Did not expect that type to come out in this newer bm sound. Got tickets to see them in Nashville this year (and bandmaid as well btw) and AM READY TO HEADBANG WITH MY BALD ASS HEAD.
Most noticeable for me is SuMetal has found such a clean and powerful voice. Rock solid and growth.

Great to see you back with some Babymetal! There are a ton of really fantastic songs on this new album, and all of them are on RUclips already. Some are videos and some are just the audio, but none seem to be getting blocks which is awesome for reactors.
The chorus gets me every time! I get a little teary eyed listening to it. I think because her voice has such a pure tone to it and then the instrumental elements behind it strikes an emotional cord with me. So good.

Babymetal has a writing team that write songs for them, so there is always a bit of variety in what the come out with. They also spend a long time on their songs, often iterating on them for years before they take their final shape; in recent interviews, Su and Moa mentioned that several songs on the new album go back as much as five years.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。You mentioned a "vocoder". Regarding the contrast between English lyrics and Japanese lyrics, Su said "I understand that two languages express two-facedness of human being". [Source : magazine PMC vol.27 page 39] So the difference between the effected voice and the almost natural voice must be intended to emphasize the dichotomy.
This is the MV where new official 3rd girl, Momometal, showed up for the first time.] This is a compilation from the two-day shows on April 1/2. When you watch it carefully, you will notice the difference in symmetrical mirror image of Su, Moa and Momo in the beginning. The parallel two images in different outfit are from Day-1 and Day-2 respectively. (For Momo, with or without mic, too.) The fast passages quoted from Shakespeare's "Macbeth" were sung by Moametal only on Day-1 and by Moa / Momometal together on Day-2. 😍
The sound is studio version in this MV, but West (American) Kamis played live at the venue with their heavy, hefty and nasty undulation. 😄 I am honored to have been one of the audience at the both shows and saw the new BM begin. What an epic moment in my personal history !
Surprisingly, the English parts are quotes from classic literature...Brothers Grimm "Snow White" which is easy to hear, and William Shakespeare's "Macbeth" (Double, double, toil and trouble...Fire, burn and cauldron bubble) which is not so easy to hear.🤘🦊🤘
That song could have gone on for another five or so minutes and I wouldn't have been mad. That said, I ain't mad about how short it was. It's great to be left wanting more; that may be the trick to how energizing their music is...

This is one of the things I love about BM: When you listen to a new song, you never know what to expect! They just mix so many styles and so many genres, that almost everyone is bound to find at least a few songs of them to like!!
I‘m always looking forward to new BM reactions from you, and as usual, you didn‘t disappoint. There‘s always something to be learned from your reactions.
It will be interesting to see how you find their new songs. I would say, most of them are simpler in structure overall, but there are a lot of little intricacies, especially from a production standpoint, but also in the arrangements, that keep them constantly evolving.
And all of the choruses are very catchy and melodic, they are really good at that.
So glad to have you back sir, really hope to see you react more on this new album.

Chase is a very good listener and has great ears for instruments. If you notice, he reacts to the music more than the action in the video, and because of that he doesn't have to watch the video the whole time.

Just finished watching most of your Babymetal reacts. They are awesome, really enjoyed and I want more. So... you may find you can avoid copyright by having at least a 3-5min intro before you start the vid, so that people will not use your production just as a way of watching/listening to the vid. It also means you are complying to fair use for critique etc. You have enough pauses during the song, so they should be ok, I think its just your intro that needs extending. Maybe include a sponsor??? Or just blow your own trumpet for 3 mins. You're good Man. More Babymetal please, especially live.

I love this album. Divine Attack is the song that does the least for me on it but I always listen to it from start (Metal Kingdom) to finish (The Legend).
