Greatest band walk this planet imo ( mainly I grew up with them, the Beatles of my generation ) 15 year old when first album definitely maybe dropped and was hooked straight from the first single Supersonic
You have to check out live forever live from Maine Road 2nd night
It’s incredible
Top band, you’re opening a real rabbit hole here! A good one obviously
I love how he says “that guy at the end with lead guitar and the notes he chose” lol. That guy is Noel Gallagher who arguably may be the greatest singer songwriter musician combined EVER trumping Lennon, McCartney, Dylan, Young, Townsend, Mercury, Bowie, John and Joel. And after 30 years past his prime he’s still writing and singing new songs with NGHFB any artist would kill to steal. Noel in one word? A Genius.
Noel a genius ? Yes, I believe he may be. For me, only Lennon/McCartney are in the same league, & there were two of them.
@@CupidStunt72 agreed
Thank you. Methinks it may just be 'stoopid Americans' as Homer Simpson would say.
However, these guys aren't 'stupid', they're just enjoying themselves, so, even though Oasis are biblical to me and they deserve respect, I won't give these guys a hard time for it. They're American! 😁
As an oasis fan & a fan of them both solo, Noel doesn’t come close to any of the artists mentioned, sorry. He stole so many riffs & really only made 2 great albums. No comparison to lennon, McCartney, bowie, Dylan, elton, etc etc. Fair enough if that’s what u think but ur definitely in the minority. He might be ur favourite but to say he eclipses any of these artists you’ve mentioned just seems daft
Agree my friend
Two of the most iconic gigs of the 90’s in Britain!
I looove Oasis ! Great choice !
Amazing concert. 16 of us in a minibus from Glasgow down to Manchester, 4 hours of drinking and smoking weed followed by Oasis on top form. My ears were ringing for 2 days after it
The youth of today just don't know what they're missing out on.
Made me laugh...Noel recently said he'd perform again with Liam ...as long as he's hologram lol!
Where
I saw Oasis in 2005. I was about 20ft from the stage, and even if you didn't want to jump, the people around you lifted your body up with them. One of the few stadium sized gigs where I felt as much band/audience connection as a gig in a pub.
I love seeing people's reactions to my moments, my life and my history.....big love from a North England guy on the opposite side of the Pennines to Oasis.....
Don't look back in anger live in Argentina
Guys, if you want to hear REAL Rock n' Roll from these guys, I would recommend to you Oasis - Fade In-Out GMEX 97'
Nah mate. This was them at their absolute peak. GMex was good, but not like this.
Agreed
Seen them live a couple of times great band you should check supersonic next brilliant tune
Oasis- Cast no shadow maine road 1996 or knebworth 1996. One of their finest moments.
Brilliant tune by the best band of the 90s/2000s
When britpop was at the top
Yeah, but the bands didn't want this label at all, the industry came up with it for marketing
@@DaP84 I know, Oasis was the most popular from that period you can include, Blur, the Verve, Radiohead, Pulp, Supergrass and many more
@@tanis7050 Def! Love that Liam hopped on Rchard Ashcroft's new acoustic version of C'mon People (We're Making It Now) btw!
this isn't pop. this changed music for 20 years
@@Steve23JJ Yep totally but you know it’s only Rock and Roll 😉
You guys r awesome!!!
Was at this concert 17 years old it was incredible
I was at that gig. One of the best nights of my life. Second best live band I’ve ever seen, after Muse ❤
I'm a huge Oasis fan and 'Some Might Say' is my favorite Oasis jam. Great reaction and review
I was there 👌😎 life changing gig!
Some might sayaaah!
you won’t look back after this they’ll be your favourite band without a doubt just keep listening to their first two albums
Pure swagger 😎 mad fer it
Legend
My hometown band, thanks for this.
are you from a shithole
oasis supersonic live at earls court 1995 its awesome
Loved Oasis, but I always thought they were boring to watch as a live act,but man could they fill a stadium - they had the music,no doubt about that and "Some Might Say" was one of their best singles ever.
Brilliant band from Manchester love your channel don't look back in anger is another great record you should check out.
Love you guys appreciating oasis the epitome of U.K. rock wish they had of made it in the states
I could cry when I think how good we had it in the 90s. No matter how hard.i try to make life good now, it always seems to end up... well.. quite shit!!
Really should check out the Rock for Rio concert version of Gas Panic. Probably Oasis at the heights of its powers live.
In terms of importance this and Spike Island are probably the two most important gigs of the 90s in the UK.
This would be the time break big in USA!
Personally, I think this is a massively under-rated Oasis song. Best review of it ever was from my mate at the time it came out 'There's two bits where you think that's the best chorus ever. Then they get to the f*ckin chorus'
It got to UK no1. Don't talk nonsense about being under rated.
@@oasis4185 But never got the acclaim other songs of theirs did. I think it's a great song, loved it at the time, love it now. Just saying it didnt get the respect it deserved
@@oasis4185 Oasis shoulda coulda woulda been big in the US back in their prime... at least they're now getting their due recognition in America.
Oasis 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🏴🇬🇧
Legends

You should react to Oasis - Champagne Supernova (Earl’s Court 1995)
Oasis live in Loch lomond Scotland amazing concert
is he covering his empty head?
I don't know man, it does feel like the Beatles in concert in like a parallel dimension
Nothing like the Beatles
@@48Ender48 Opinions and assholes buddy
Oasis saved us with their rocknnroll from the wretched grunge. At least it did for me.🤷
Nice reaction you two 👌
The 90's the fucking 90's the Britpop at its best.
Try morning glory by oasis and rock n roll star
Please react to what's the story morning glory and be here now
hey Suzy what's up with those evil contacts they freak me out a little
£17.50 to see this gig.
Please react to arctic monkeys - a certain romance live
I like Oasis' early stuff from their first two albums and was a big fan back in the 90s when they started. I even went to one of their big concerts and they sounded great in person. However, I don't think their live performances translate very well to video and don't sound nearly as impressive in playback as they do either in person or the clearer studio recordings.
Its lovely but need to talk
Their music was so good and still is but very average human beings especially Noel. Will never forget when Noel accepted an award from
Michael Hutchence & how disrespectful Noel was to him.
Yeah that was a dickish thing. Apparently the backstory was something like Michael stole liam’s girlfriend
Some might say that Oasis owned the 90s.
Not even their best song either
No hate here, I love you guys , but calling "that guy" to Noel Gallagher, Jesus ...
