That was the song which would make all the difference, everybody in the band recognized it as such.
It's a crazy story. They absolutely sold themselves without an album...Then had to write all this great music they had sold themselves has having. But imagine being some regular guy and you hook up with these two and away you go.

@@bucky7162 Almost. This is from their first night at Knebworth in November 1996. The exact same slide show had been used at every concert from Maine Road in April that year, and he does feign surprise at the end of it on the first night at Maine Road. Not sure I believe him though, as the song was performed to fit the length of the slide show, so I'm pretty sure the band had already seen it to work out the timing of their performance.
@@markamos1911 THis is maine road not knebworth. And they wouldnt have had to work out the length of the song to fit the slideshow it doesnt work like that lol thats an extremely easy thing to do

You guys would love the live music in the uk, it's so prevalent here, so many fantastic unsigned bands too, you can go to the academy in Manchester and have a great night and great music for about 20 quid
The smiles on your faces say it all. That solo made me wanna pick up a guitar in 1994. It’s not the most complex but man, Noel Gallagher could write some amazing melodies. Also, notice the drums on this track. As a guitar player, u listen to every instrument and kind of break it down. Great drumming here……1, 2 a 1, 2, 3……with this band, the more u listen, the more addicted u become. They don’t have a sound that grabs u immediately but the more u listen, the better they sound. Just a great band and yes, I saw them live in the 90’s twice. Incredible concerts. The audience knows every word and jumps up and down the whole time. Can we go back to the 90’s please? Also, Noel’s backing vocals are money! The high part where he sings “gonna Live Forever”. Just a great band and song!
