I have to say, I totally understand why you couldn't call the book "Crazy for you", but as a jbu viewer who therefore knows more about your intentions than the average consumer, I still love that title! But this was a good compromise!
my gosh just an hour ago I was walking around in the supermarket, slightly depressed because of some circumstances, and noticing there were a ton of cute dudes and also thinking 'man I can't even really look people in the eyes now because it's too much'. I'm actually doing super great normally now on my wellbutrin (it's a great antidepressant, I recommend it a loooooot) and I've been wanting to actually get back into dating for REAL. Since I got badly depressed at around 20, exactly the time I started somewhat dating, I kind of stopped being able to open up to people romantically (coupled with the crappy self confidence)... but I really miss feeling in love!! I don't really care about the whole couple and relationship blabla, but I really want to connect with someone deeply and dare to feel it again.
i'm officially nearing thirty and a total baby in the realm of romantic relationships and I've been feeling a bit poop about being so behind, but the AWKWARDNESS of that has also been holding me back and now, so yes your book comes at the perfect time!!! i never really get self help books but I'm getting yours, thank you for writing it

Great video, some excellent advice discussed. I will definitely be purchasing the book, I've been looking forward to it for months! The info dumping was an excellent point, honestly I've been mildly confused when a partner previously haven't info dumped about mental health, so it gave some useful perspective. I also liked the phrase of building your dream relationship together, thats fun. Also you are looking really cute today Allison.
