So if you connect Philips hue to your Philips amber tv it can change the light on and off with the tv like yours?

There's Sony home theather under the tv table. Also that tv table has light on its own which is showing in the picture. But on top of the tv table there's 2 light bars.
How are the black levels of the TV if you are looking in front of it?
Does the tv appear as one light in the hue app? And it works seamlessly with other hue lights?
Nah TV is not connected to Hue app. TV has it own configuration for Hue lights.

I'm planning on buying this TV and mount it on the wall like you. How did you set up the light bars to mimic the bottom of the screen? At 1:05 its really nice that the tv projects the light below it too.
Philips Hue is the answer. You can sync your Philips Ambilight tv with your Hue-lights.
@@OfficialSamila I know, but can you set it as below the tv? So the colors are the same as it would be a 4 sided ambilight?

Hello. I’m considering buying the same model. My current tv is a 55” Samsung. Nothing wrong with it, except the brightness. And it sucks! How’s yours? Is it a nice picture even in bright daylight? And for example if you’re watching a movie, and there’s lots of dark scenes, night for example, is the picture ok and can you see what’s happening, hehe? Thanks!
Well, it depence very much that where are you watching your movies. Of course that 4K picture is very nice. I do like Philips picture. It's enough for me, even it's not the top quality. And you cannot get that top quality picture with that price.

I had a Philips TV, but within 4 years it malfunctioned twice, the first time it was fixed by the Philips company, and its malfunction was Power Supply, and the second time it malfunctioned in the LED, so I had to throw it away. Bad experience with Philips

Oon ollu kyllä tyytyväinen! Ei omaan silmään häiritse kyl liikaa ettei se musta ole ihan täysin musta. Hinta-laatusuhde kohillaan kyllä, kun taisin jonkun 700e maksaa 1,5 vuotta sitten.

Yeah I've liked it very much. I like that it's Android and I can download any app I need. I paid 899 euros here in Finland. It's just sad that we don't have that much 4K broadcasts here.

What set up do you have here in terms of additional lights? Is the light behind the TV only from the Ambilight?
I'm looking to build a similar set up! I've just ordered the 70" 4 sided Ambilight, Hue starter pack and an additional LED strip.
Yes that light behind the TV comes only from the Ambilight itself. Also notice those two light bars under the TV. 4 sided Ambilight would be much better solution, but in the summer, when I bought this TV, those 4 sided TVs were quite expensive. If you have space, I really do recommend those light bars somewhere.

@@vintagelaureate you don't need sync box. Philips Ambilight tv works as a sync box. First I was going to buy that sync box by myself, but then I realized that it's almost same price to buy new TV and sell my old one.

1 ms in game mode I think.
@@OfficialSamila r u sure? i doubt it, the lowest input lag in any TV is 11ms and that TV is made for gaming.
1ms is usually for gaming monitors

Here Philips 70 inch is about 900 USD
And 65 inch is 640USD
I feel like buying the 65 inch cause i don't think the extra 5 inch is worth the extra 260 USD.i don't think I'll notice the difference much.

Asennus on kyl tosi helppo. Ensin asennat ne sun Hue-valot normaalisti asuntoon sen bridgen avulla. Sen jälkeen telkkarin asetuksista yhdistät hue-valot siihen sun ambilight-telkkariin ja säädät ne yks kerrallaa. Erittäin helppo operaatio.
