Five Animal Qigong Full Routine

  • Now that we have done all ten movements of the Five Animals Qi Gong, I would like to link them all up!
    In this video, I am doing 6 breathes in most movements. But if you are familiar with the movements, feel free to do 12, 24, or even 36 times if you have time.

    Thank you very mucho, Dr Hui. I've been practising and doing this routine and other qigong exercises and massages from your channel. Together with mindful nutrition, for 5 months, I was able to reduce my hemoglobin A1c from 9 to 5.3; my blood pressure, too as well as my body weight became normal without medication. I'm 64 years old.

      Hi Kathleen, thank you. Take it easy, you can do the individual movements first before linking the whole set together. There is no rush in finishing all movements. 😊

    Hi Alex! I heard you talking about the nine halls, I’m very curious about that for my practice of healing. You se we have the same in Swedish shamanism. Nine worlds with fifteen houses, that I know of now. Am still learning.
