    This made me cry I don't know why , I got to the end and then started to cry .I've just had a total hysterectomy for cancer so might be that , but I am hoping its releasing trauma and healing me . Thank you for this I really enjoyed it . I needed a sitting down qigong session as cannot do anything too strenuous for another few weeks .

    Thank you for this video, Alex! I have a chronic illness that makes it hard for me to stand for long, so I can feel how stagnant my body's become since it's onset since I was formally so active. My acupuncturist suggested I find a seated Qi Gong video to follow, as it's important for me to get moving without it being calorically taxing. This video is perfect! I plan to do it every morning :)

    • @pascald7863

      I would really recommend looking up a video by shifu Yan lei called 3 min qigong calm. He teaches the seated version of a form called baduan jin (eight treasures), a very special form touching every organ and every system in the body. Shaolin monks have used it for 1000+ years and it is considered by many the most powerful preventive and curative qigong form ever created. I wouldn't be surprised if your condition completely turned around in a short time by using this form, it is truly miraculous! If a form can heal anything, it would definitely be baduan jin. Much love

      @@gracefulh3545 my pleasure! And an update, baduan jin is MUCH stronger than what I thought a year ago in terms of healing power so yeah, if there's one thing on this planet that can heal anything, I stake my life on baduan jin. It's beyond comprehension. Good luck!

      @@pascald7863 I’ve been reading up on it since your message & watched a lecture, and I will start exploring videos tomorrow! What kind of healing benefit do you see from it? I have an autonomic nervous system disorder, for context

    • @pascald7863
      @pascald7863 2 года назад +1

      @@gracefulh3545 I think I might have had the same thing, I had a Generalised anxiety disorder for 17 months which symptoms were: shortness of breath + tunnel vision + altered perception of reality + palpitations and tachycardia 24/7, which was beyond absolute hell and the only thing that worked on it was qigong and accupressure (but mostly qigong). I completely healed it through that, although 4 doctors told me it was permanent. I'm pretty sure my autonomous nervous system was stuck and they couldn't figure it out. I've also healed permanent frostbite damages to the feet, an old incurable skin infection, dark circles under the eyes I've had since age 5 and a lot more so I've left modern medicine and adopted Traditional chinese medecine as my main medecine, the results I've had are way too miraculous to ignore. The autonomous nervous system is governed mostly by the kidney meridian so exercice 4 "dragon wags tail and shakes head to clear heart fire" and #5 "grab the waist to strengthen the kidney" from Baduan Jin both balance the kidney meridian so they would probably help you heal pretty quickly

    Thank you very much Alex for sharing this excellent powerful healing video. I'm a retired health professional, Chinese medicine practitioner viewing from London. Our pet dog Cairn Terrier lived for 15 years (died of old age), he only saw the vet about 3 times at end of his life, cos using acupressure massage helped his immune system.

My question: Can I use this practice at night, or might it amplify yang energy too much before sleep?
