This made me cry I don't know why , I got to the end and then started to cry .I've just had a total hysterectomy for cancer so might be that , but I am hoping its releasing trauma and healing me . Thank you for this I really enjoyed it . I needed a sitting down qigong session as cannot do anything too strenuous for another few weeks .
God bless you sister, I hope that you get all the love, light and healing that you need. I know it's been a year since you posted this but I pray that you are doing well and feeling relieved, feeling love and healing. I send my kind thoughts over to you. God bless.
Thank you for this video, Alex! I have a chronic illness that makes it hard for me to stand for long, so I can feel how stagnant my body's become since it's onset since I was formally so active. My acupuncturist suggested I find a seated Qi Gong video to follow, as it's important for me to get moving without it being calorically taxing. This video is perfect! I plan to do it every morning :)
I would really recommend looking up a video by shifu Yan lei called 3 min qigong calm. He teaches the seated version of a form called baduan jin (eight treasures), a very special form touching every organ and every system in the body. Shaolin monks have used it for 1000+ years and it is considered by many the most powerful preventive and curative qigong form ever created. I wouldn't be surprised if your condition completely turned around in a short time by using this form, it is truly miraculous! If a form can heal anything, it would definitely be baduan jin. Much love
@@gracefulh3545 my pleasure! And an update, baduan jin is MUCH stronger than what I thought a year ago in terms of healing power so yeah, if there's one thing on this planet that can heal anything, I stake my life on baduan jin. It's beyond comprehension. Good luck!
@@pascald7863 I’ve been reading up on it since your message & watched a lecture, and I will start exploring videos tomorrow! What kind of healing benefit do you see from it? I have an autonomic nervous system disorder, for context
@@gracefulh3545 I think I might have had the same thing, I had a Generalised anxiety disorder for 17 months which symptoms were: shortness of breath + tunnel vision + altered perception of reality + palpitations and tachycardia 24/7, which was beyond absolute hell and the only thing that worked on it was qigong and accupressure (but mostly qigong). I completely healed it through that, although 4 doctors told me it was permanent. I'm pretty sure my autonomous nervous system was stuck and they couldn't figure it out. I've also healed permanent frostbite damages to the feet, an old incurable skin infection, dark circles under the eyes I've had since age 5 and a lot more so I've left modern medicine and adopted Traditional chinese medecine as my main medecine, the results I've had are way too miraculous to ignore. The autonomous nervous system is governed mostly by the kidney meridian so exercice 4 "dragon wags tail and shakes head to clear heart fire" and #5 "grab the waist to strengthen the kidney" from Baduan Jin both balance the kidney meridian so they would probably help you heal pretty quickly
Thank you very much Alex for sharing this excellent powerful healing video. I'm a retired health professional, Chinese medicine practitioner viewing from London. Our pet dog Cairn Terrier lived for 15 years (died of old age), he only saw the vet about 3 times at end of his life, cos using acupressure massage helped his immune system.
I like your simple and clear explanation of the exercises. This routine is especially useful for people who is recovery from illness or are not strong enough to stand for too long for the other more 'demanding' exercises. Thank you.
Bless you for helping us who are unable to stand for any length of time due to illness and this makes us feel included. Thank you master from bottom of my heart.
Wonderful routine, I really enjoyed it & have shared it too. Thank you so much for doing this for those of us with limited mobility or energy. Lovely to feel included 😊
excellent!!!!!I am currently in recovery and unable to do much physical activity at all, but I can do all of this, and feek so good. Thank you so much Alex
Hello Doctor, I am very grateful for your chair quigong exercises. I have a reflux problem. Is there any exercise that could help me please?? Thank you allready a 100 times!!
hello... have you got any answer ?? Me too, I have a reflux problem... Now, I have found a "vinegar therapy" and it helps a good deal but I'd like to do qui gong ex too, if possible... 🙂
Thank you for seated Qi Gong I do standing Qi Gong but by the time we finish my back hurts. I love this seated version. I will do it twice a day. Thank you Paula 🙏🏼
Greetings Alex 😊I enjoyed you demonstrating each movement slowly and the number of times for each -so that it’s easy to follow . I especially love the visualization - that you suggest that focuses the mind to be positive and beautiful .!! It enriches the energy 💥flowing through to heal ourselves With grateful thanks🙏🏻
Very nice and relaxed and love the explanations. I’m the kinda person who won’t do something unless it’s explained why. Thank you. I will find others of yours.
Thank you so much Alex these seated Qi Gong exercises are so helpful for me being paraplegic confined to wheelchair are certainly beneficial! Many thanks again.😊
Thank you for your help with my body my kidneys hurt really badly I been doing this all week I feel better ❤️🩹 thank you 🙏 from the bottom of my heart 💜
❤Live this exercise so much! I feel so in tranquility inside, your voice is so clear and calm. Thankyou & Blessings for you❤ I want to do this everyday
I can't Thank you Doctor Alex Hui for sharing such valuable knowledge with us. I have Sciatica and I wish I was In Austin but unfortunately for me I live in Canada don't get me wrong Canada is a beautiful Country but way too far away from Texas.💗
Most grateful. This is a great, healing video for people with limited mobility. Breathing is very important in these exercises, please elaborate more so that the proper practices are in place. The exercises are invigorating, thank you!
Sir can you make a seperate video on how to ground chi energy back to root chakra? My kundalini is accidentally awakened and this is causing a lot of health issues and indigestion. I want my chi energy to be grounded
I have crps I was told to do this? Because my leg feet and heal kills me does this heal crps? 2 does it help blood flow? 3 does it help inflammation? Please answer all of it..,
Excellent , especially when standing qiging practice may be too strenuous. Great for people recovering from illnesses. Is both the In and Out breath through the nose? Or the Out through the mouth : " chui breath ".
Alex! You are wonderful! Thank you for this incredible routine. I practiced today, and as one living with disabilities and using a wheelchair, all of the movements are practical for my abilities. My question: Can I use this practice at night, or might it amplify yang energy too much before sleep? I have been practicing your insomnia/ sleep yin exercise while sitting, but would like to add some variation. Perhaps I don’t need the variation though? Thank you!
Hi Amber I would say it is better to do it in the morning and before sunset to avoid affecting sleep quality. And in the night time it is better to do Yin exercises instead. I think this is good for now, but I will do more sitting Qi Gong in the future, maybe a night routine! 😊
Thank you brother. Im having a hard time with panic attacks and depression. Your Exercises are helping me getting through this. ❤

That you are...healing yourself and releasing captured trauma from your past or an ancestor's past. Dr. Matte talks of this.
Moving out the junk❤
