wonderful teacher!
The quality of your videos are really top notch, Alex. Makes it so much nicer to watch and follow! Thanks!
Thanks for your kind comments! Don't hesitate to let me know if you want me to cover any other topics :)
@@DrAlexHui Awesome! I would love to learn what Chinese medicine teaches regarding diet and nutrition :)
Bravo Alex , you are trasmitting qi qong with a beautiful elegant and precise intention . Good work !!!
Thank you 😊
Great video!!
Thank You Dr. Alex! You and your teachings (practical and theoretical) are amazing! Please continue with your good work, but most of all take care of yourself!
Thanks a lot Sara!
The cool thing is, this one actually does look like the way a bear moves! I love these animal videos and explanations! Very clear and easy to follow and remember.
I’m having to relearn this . 😟I have a tendency to make up my own moves. Thank you for clear and patient teaching.
No worries Kathleen. Just be patient. It took me very long to learn this move. Just watch more, practice more and you will definitely get it! 😊👍
Very clear teaching thankyou
Thank you for the very clear, step by step instruction! Will be adding this to my daily routine.
thank you for sharing the 5 animal frolics.
Thanks so much for your clear explaination et demonstration. Your video is well organized, movement demonstration then step by step explaination, finishing by showing the whole movement. My taichi professor showed me this mouvement recently, but of course there is no way for me to digest all the detail at once. Your lesson is really valuable for me. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your compliments. I am glad this can be helpful to your training.
Excellent video! I will definitely try to do it.
Thanks Joan! Let me know if you have any questions regarding the movements.
Are you based out of Seattle? I lived there about 5 years and your backgrounds always look familiar.
Thanks for the great instructions!
Hi Judah, great observation! Close enough, I live in Vancouver, Canada :)
Thanks for a funny way to be more flexible and to move with Brother Bear.
Thank you🙏🏼
Great!!! Thank you!!!
Love this!
英语很棒,但是动作还很可以提升😊
建议主播跟练虞定海的版本
Thanks for this video.
How to use breathing?
Hi Marco, basically when you move upward (like lifting your knees) and go backward (like when your body shifts backward), you breathe-in.
And when you go downwards or frontwards (like when you step down and shifts forward), you breathe -out.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Muito Obrigada🙏🙋♀️💖🇵🇹🍀🍒🌥
Please make a video for cholesterol please
Yes I will be working on it. Thanks!
It's complicated to me so far, doing it for the first time, but I'm having fun.
Hi Aurelia, yes to me this is the most complicated form too. But it’s great after you practice and get familiar with it.
That’s too hard
Alex am rubbing hands to make them warm putting on Ears and breathing the heat into the Kidneys. Is this ok or could the heat go
into the Lungs
Hi Lin. No problem doing that!
Alex Qi Gong for Digestion would this make the Stomach and Spleen stranger would it be suitable for Dampness
Hi Lin, yes by strengthen the spleen and stomach system it can help to get rid of dampness.
Thanks Alex what are the first 2 Animals you did and where are they what Organs are they for
Is this the full bear form?
Hi Timothy, there are a couple more bear forms.
Alex what are the Animals and their Organs please Bear is Digestion Spleen
Deer is Kidney Can you say what the others are please
Hi Lin,
Tiger - Liver and Tendons
Deer - Kidney and Bones
Bear - Spleen and Stomach
Monkey - Heart
Bird - Lungs
Is the Deer and Bear suitable to bring up the Yang
Its irritating to find so many different 5-animal-qigong versions. Some have also different animals. So why is that?
the hardest for my knees :/
Hi Miguel. When we first learn, we can shorten the distance between the steps, just like normal walking. That would be easier to learn, plus less pressure on the knees. And once used to it, we can slowly start widening the steps.
@@DrAlexHui ye, much better xD thank you!
