India currently operates the most advanced version of Mig 29(UPG). Plans are to upgrade them further with GaN-based Uttam radar, Astra (Mk1, 2 and 3), and Rudram (1, 2, and 3). The high altitude performance of this platform is so good that it was the main deterrence against China during the Galwan clash.

This just occured to me... Since HARM type of missiles home in on active radar signature, wouldn't it be possible to use it in air to air role? I mean probably not against fighters but how about say, AWACS?
