the extra cranks sounds reasonable for delay the outbound probably tried to get the parcel back to reclaim the cranksets. . . maybe worth reaching out to 3T but you don't have to do their job for them.
@@bicyclestation worked with Amazon and one of our staff send the new ipads to a custom so instead of 1 that they ordered the box they received had 10 haha, no expectation to return it but yeah they train that now so we learn. Bike looks rad!
A very aero gravel bike with big tire clearance is exactly what I want, not at the Italia price though, I see between the Italia and non-Italia Racemax its about a 5k difference (CAD). Will be pretty interested if they make a non-Italia Extrema. Was disappointed the Aspero didn't go more aero or offer bigger tire clearance. Specialized should totally make a gravel Venge though that can clear 2.25s. Also, a narrow boy, 38 bars on my gravel bike.
Have either of you ended up racing this? As a crux owner my ears perked up when you said crux with more clearance…curious if yall have any addl thoughts on this rig? Really looks to be perfect and what a lot of ppl are looking for. Price and availability absolute and maybe a bit odd geo are maybe holding it back? Don’t see a lot of ppl talking about it still
It was a shipping error haha. When they shipped the bike from Italy they put the cranks in the box with the bike. Then they forgot to remove them before they shipped the bike to us.
You get pulled over if the registered details don’t match the car as people use cloned plates. Cloned plates are normally used during crimes basically, like burglaries or transporting drugs. I dealt with a motorbike that was stolen, the plate came back to a ford van… means you can’t identify the vehicle occupants as easily.
Got my first bike fitting ever the other day and was told that my 44cm bars were actually a bit small for me and I could go 46cm. But I’m also a 6’6” former OL so bit of an outlier

I ordered a Selle Italia SLR Boost. They sent two. Apparently this is just the custom in Italy. Congratulazioni

Would love to see a 3T Strada build/ review

It’s still for sale if you want it.
We didn’t wanna ride it due to how hard it was to get. But it’s great.
@@bicyclestation interesting…. Good to know. Will keep it in mind and get back to you and thanks for the reply!
my giant revolt came with 46mm bars, i changed them for 44's
Ooooo. Once I crash my Seigla and snap it in half I will be in the market for an Extrema.
Late post, I’m in my PJs.
Why did you get so many cranks?? I was patiently waiting for the reason! 🤣🤣

@@bicyclestation 🤣🤣 Shame you made a video pulling them out of the box!🤣
We were genuinely surprised lol
@@bicyclestation we could tell! 🤣🤣 Genuinely though guys, loving your uploads!
My friend just got his, but NOT with the carbon cranks. Evidently they’re coming later….
#WideBoyz Pretty much rock 44s on everything

That makes sense. The cop felt really dumb when he realized the plate matched the vehicle haha.

John Tomac did it first on his 1991 Merlin made Raleigh bike. First Gravel racer? Definately legend!

170 is sold out on their website for those cranks lol
We sent them back. Hopefully they come back in stock soon lol
Wide boy. 52 on my Niner rlt9 steel.
Let the Italians make the frames Italy, we need jobs in Europe, too :)
Typical 3T service 😢
The only thing that holds me back from buying is the max chainring size…😢😢😢
That stem looks so bad but would probably look a lot better if it was slammed
