  • In this video we talk all things HMO loft conversions, why we always maximise the available space utilising permitted development and what the return is for doing so over a 20 year period, where a £40k investment can return in excess of £400k.
    (£800 pm x 2 bedrooms x 20 years) - and that’s not adjusting rents for inflation!
We visit three separate developments all at various stages to show the process of converting a loft and what can be achieved under permitted development.

Great content. I've just managed to convince my old man not to sell and start HMOs. Would love to partner up with someone like you

Great video! Is there anywhere you would recommend going to to find out more on the rules & regs with loft conversions?

When you said the plate and outrigger I didn't know what you meant; may I ask what that means? I assumed plate refers to the wall plate?? Thanks and sorry if this is a daft question

Hi Mitch another great video. Do you know how much a rear extension would be in the south East . I am guessing around £3k/m2(per metre squared)?
