I did similar project in Bristol all in was 255k end value 375k to 400k. It’s was a probate property which i was really cheap due to me being a cash buyer did my bargain.. Ste come to me and view my work it’s a new year love over all…

I can relate to this , bought my first property with no clue what I was doing , fully refurbed and got good numbers , 237k all in refurbed etc confirmed valuation 350k 🤑 . Just waiting on the mortgage togo through As owned outrite then Iv got the money to go again 😍 . I’ll be checking out your property circle ⭕️ for sure

why did you choose the area and property type
Hi ste when you go back to brick do you dot and dab plasterboard and skim or bonding and skim?
Dot and dab would be best unless you have loads of areas where the plaster is fine. Also bonding requires more skill because you are basically asking him to patch up the walls and make them perfect
Was this on a bridging loan?
B nice to see someone unemployed with capital left from a relative etc thats buying with cash or bridging, avoiding DWP just to see if their skills are working before they sign off and end up with a nightmare on their hands etc. People with financial backgrounds, families, marriages with retirement funds etc are common, be nice to see someone hungry and with a gun to their head for a change.
