The shoe polish actually creates shadows that would normally occur in daylight. Very nice! Gonna try this.❤

I tried this out Friday, minus the spray paint, and I only used the black paint on the branches-then wiped it off with baby wipe.
Unfortunately 😔 the baby wipe took off the paint from the branches. The gold paint was a kid's paint.
Did you let your gold paint dry 24 hours?
Simply beautiful and elegant. Gold and black are my favorite color combinations.

Oooo, it's so elegant. How well does the glue adhere to the canvas? I've noticed with glue guns that over time the glue comes off what it's stuck to. Is this less of a problem because of the texture of the canvas?
