I love that you feel 5 years old! Means you don't care about getting messy or being perfect. It means that the process is only joy. I teach acrylic and mixed media classes and that's the first lesson I teach before anyone touches the canvas. This is brilliant and so inspiring for my own work! I love a limited palette. I find it to be more soothing to the eye, especially in a light painting. Well done and thank you for all that you do to pull artists out of their comfort zone. It's so important for growing in creative expression.

This is superb! That extra touch of 3D for the sails and hull, with rougher water towards the shore and the calm of the sunset and reflection takes me back to when I lived in Shetland. I can almost smell the sea air. 🥰

What a beautiful sea scene, AB! I especially love the blown sky and sea look... it's very organic and has a real dreamy feel. You can tell from your art that you grew up by the sea. Hi got a little tip for you , i noticed how you struggled to open your glue mixture container, if you just rub a bit of vasaline around the edge of the lid it might stop you struggling to open it. I love this painting so beautiful.

Truly amazing!!... when I visited Maine here in the States, We headed toward Portland Maine and took a mini cruise, and went whale watching. The whales didn't really floor me, though they are truly majestic creatures. The amount of sailboats that I saw, now that floored me. Just love watching the wind steer them. Just loved it so much. I always told my husband that our next vacation we are definitely going sailing. Thank you for creating this master piece. Ok, now just one tiny request. I'm from NJ, United States. We are now in October, and our hummingbirds have started their journey south. Amazingly, yesterday, here is one little guy hovering over my major wheeler honeysuckle vine. Yes, it still bloomed. Even some cardinal flowers, which also surprised me this year. I was so surprised because normally I no longer see them after August. Ok, for my request. Can you do a hummingbird but with fall colors? Our leaves are already everywhere, well, at least in my house. I think one tiny little guy hovering maybe in the sunset or sitting on a honey suckle vine would truly look majestic.
I love how creative you are from your birch tress to sails, just so imaginative ❤❤❤ I struggle 'finding' the light source in landscapes (that's why I started pouring paint lolol) but you showed it so simply it finally clicked for me. So thank you for showing me the light 😂😂 Stunning results❤
