    Dates are considered as dessert, before refined sugar in the middle east. It was used as a sweetener for most foods, especially cake and tea.

    Fruits like watermelon are low in calories, but portion control is difficult, you can eat 1 kg without realizing it.

      Try to add water and sugar to any fruit and you can eat 1kg easly

      Well. If you end up binge eating a whole cantaloupe you will only eat 300 kcal, it's just one day of deficit for most diets. If you overeat chocolate, pasta or even peanut butter, you will surely eat more than 300 kcal past your deficit

    Recent studies show that 3 dates don't spike blood insulin. Also dates are high in fibre. If God told us that, there's no doubt it's the right thing for us.

    We used to have loquats growing on trees in the neighborhood when I was a kid we didn’t know what they were called but we ate them anyway and loved it 😅

      Used to go up the tree and eat them for hours when a kid. I now live in a different country where they are not common. In the last few years found some wild trees in a local park. For a few seasons I was the only one eating them, but now others have cottoned on, and I have to be quick when they ripen!

    My favorite fruits are raspberries, blueberries, melon, grapes, and mini oranges🙂 I'm happy to see that they are not high cal, these are the ones I eat the most often. Sometimes I'll have some figs or a banana or whatever else. Bananas are great cause they're rich in nutrients and are filling☺️

    My husband can only live on fruit for three meals because he grew up in farms. It’s only how you’re brought up while I need bread for breakfast and lunch which is hard for me not to eat. Although I have limited it to only for breakfast. By looking at these fruits, I was thinking if we made this a habit of eating just fruit and vegetables , we would always be healthy and in good shape. Just changing our habits is the key I think.

    Healthy fruits isnt depending on calories it depends on quantity of sugars , some fruits has high calories but contains alot of good fat which makes u thinner dont focus on calories .

    I really wish I could eat more fruits since they're so good for weight loss, but eating watery foods (including fruits and veggies) on an empty stomach makes me nauseous 😭😭

    It's totally safe to eat high calorie foods, the key is not how much calories it contains, but the quality of foods you take, how much you eat, how you eat and what you eat with. Only eat apples three times a day or even only drink water everyday could not really make you lose weight, since you even don't know the correct way of weight loss. Useless to calculate these calories.
