    100 g chicken: 160 calories
    100 g soychunk: 460 calories.
    This is valid for most dry foods, as 60-65 % of chicken weight comes from water.

    Funny how you put a processed soy product at place number one. Here's a way less processed product: Dried meat - dried beef has 60-70 grams of protein per 100 grams of dried beef. It's not only less total dried beef but the beef is way better digested and has a way better amino acid profile.

    • @WarmPillowForever
      @WarmPillowForever Месяц назад +1

      I don't like to get my protein from a processed food neither,but 60-70 g protein per 100 g is actually insane,i knew that beef have appoximately 30g of protein per 100g,but what the hell is dried beef?

      It’s nearly double protein is in chicken. A skinless cooked chicken breast contains around 43g of protein per 100g of chicken, while the protein content of lean cooked beef is about 26g of protein per 100g of beef making chicken higher in protein compared to beef.
