Glad I'm not the only weight training advocate that favours a low carb diet. Carbs severely ramp up my excessive anxiety levels and that's from bread, baked beans, and even brown rice. My heart rate skyrocketed the last time I had brown rice, and the same happened with baked beans and sausage. I also get autistic rages after eating even sourdough bread and any foods really containing sugar (as well as sugar and carb crashes and a feeling of an empty stomach within a couple of hours). @ BIGGUN3460 The only reason you sleep is so your body can recover, repair itself. Well rested is referring to your body has recovered well from every day leading up to that point in time. Your rest comes when you sleep that’s how you really recover I’m not referring to how many days in between working the same muscle.
