10 Foods That I Eat Every Day

- When you start to take initiative with our own health, the first place you should look to make changes is in the kitchen. As what you put in your mouth is going to make far more of a difference than whatever you put your body through physically. And after going through a phase of eating as clean as possible and failing (we all do it), we settle in a sweet spot between healthy, nutritious and enjoyable in order to maintain consistency and our own sanity. We find individual foods that can aid with getting us to our goals that we also find the means to eat every day. Today, I'm going over 10 of those to hopefully give some insight on a more realistic diet.

Ginger - 1:01

I imagine this dude looks like those memes of the huge body builders typing on their computer.
That would be hilarious
As the channel focuses on health, he probably looks like a well-rounded very fit person that doesn't take steroids and does cardio, not like some huge bulked up powerlifter
@@ajaxplay8you can look huge without steroids
Huge isnt healthy
Ive seen those memes and the dude was def on roids and wouldnt live a day past 40
I know bread isn't thought of as a health food but, being a food staple in so many places and with so much variety, id like to see a bread tier list
Einkorn is a great bread option especially when fermented like a sour dough. Einkorn flour can be found almost anywhere, you just need to look!
Well here is my list mostly based off vibes and second hand information:
Rye bread is good. So is oat and barley. Wheat is okay. Fullcorn is good, in any type of meal. Fullcorn rye is the most healthy.
Avoid those highly processed smooth toast breads and hotdog breads. Usually you can just feel them by their quality, they don't have a hard shell. A baguette is okay but could contain a lot of unhealthy stuff, be careful with them.
Me, I prefer mostly rough feeling "rustic" oat bread and rye bread. Karelian pies are also good.
I’d put all of them in the F tier
@@KDF54321 booo
Bread can be super healthy depending on the ingredients you use
I think corn would be ideal, it's higher in protein and its protein is also more bioavailable
I eat eggs, bananas, kefir, honey, chicken, blueberries, avocados, potatos, beetroot, carrots and some onion and garlic every day. And these are probably 90-95% of my every day diet
almost same here but switch kefir to skyr
@@endorfiene7457 one word...WHY?
@@wiiiz3maybe because he likes it? I've heard you can make really good really high protein ice cream with it kinda easy.
I usually do that with low fat quark which I now realize isn't really a thing in the us
@@kayburcky7146 I cannot find plain skyr at the ONE whole foods (in the entire state) where i live, no quark either, and the Kefir (Siggi's) isnt bad but its hard to get all the way down my gullet without pausing me drinking it between 16 hour intervals.
need beef in there
This is by far my fave video you have made so far. Matching the facts and best choices with a bit more personal preference and realism makes this much more of a thought provoking video on what I could make work for my own diet. Cheers!
This video was terrible - zero thought. We have no info what makes up a bulk of his daily calories. Ginger and cinnamon would add no significant calories. It's unlikely that salsa couldn't amount to over 100 calories. No fruits. No green veggies. No grains. It's primarily dairy and meat. Very little variety. This is extreme (i.e. not well-balanced). Who is this guy? What is his background? What is his name? He won't even show himself in his videos. Completely anonymous. Yet, he has 232K subscribers from 19 videos. It's sad who people listen to.
yeah I thought dairy was bad for you@@jakubchrobry3701
Be careful though cuz he doesn't cover the main downsides of some of these foods, like cow milk and cheese. Definitely should do more research about those, I don't need to be the one to tell you how unhealthy they are and how there are way better alternatives...
Yep and eating meat every day is unnecessary and excessive
@@tj-co9go Best option for those trying to gain muscle.
I grew up in Haiti where we usually "boil" the milk before we drink it. But it's just so happen to be that our culture loves a little "flavor" in practically everything. So when preparing it we add cinnamon, star anise, lemongrass, and basil almost Every time. And let me tell you, it's one the BEST milk you would ever drink 👍👌
Have you got a recipe for this please? Would love to try it out
@@AHoardyBoijust test it out and experiment with the flavours to see which you like best, recipes limit your creativity in the kitchen imo
every milk is boiled before consumed its just that when you buy milk from a shop it has already been boiled
That sounds pretty interesting
@@fionncourtney5771 Lots of people are inexperienced in the kitchen and just want to confirm that what they are making will result in something productive. Not everyone has the time, money, or energy to "creatively experiment". There is nothing wrong with wanting a recipe to use as a template, especially when it's something you have never made before. Once you are comfortable with a recipe, you can always alter it later. "Just test it out, be creative" is such a bigoted take on cooking that not everyone can afford to simply subscribe to.
I love the catchphrase/reminder: "Advocate for your body. You only get the one." Remember this in more than what you eat too - relationships, work. I need to tell myself this reminder more often, but I love the mantra at the end of your videos.
Great video, enjoy seeing everyone's personal picks in the comments too. Here's mine!

Corn Flakes was a surprise to me. I always thought Corn Flakes cereal was mostly limited to the United States and Cananda, with other countries having some form of porridge instead.
Kiwi is a food that I try to eat very often. It’s crazy high in vitamin C, has pretty good fiber content, is sweet, and it’s only 42-50 calories per kiwi.
NOTED
Kiwis are also great for sleep
I don't know why Talon said "people probably don't get enough vitamin C". I eat a kiwi every day and it's already 85% of RDA. IN ONE FRUIT.
@@JackCarver_Reporting_in I normally hear vitamin deficiencies when we talk about D or B12 tbh. That said I'm a big skin-on kiwi enjoyer myself too.
Make sure to eat the skin too, it's not that bad and it's where most of the good stuff is.
Speaking of Ginger mentioned in your video, will we finally get videos about Spices & Herbs?
It's one thing that us people living on Asia seems to be in need for information about those flavour enhancers in a digestible form for us simple minded folks.

True i would love to see that

Thank you for another great video, Talon. Your videos are some of the best nutrition/health videos on RUclips. Really appreciate how clear, concise, and non-bombasty you are. Please keep up the great work!
Foods I usually eat every day: dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, arugula), oatmeal, nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), cacao, cinnamon (also), coffee, and also ginger...lots of ginger tea!
Talon, thank you for these videos. The easy to understand and use information has been instrumental in what has been a renaissance of my health in the last sit months.
This channel is growing into something outstanding! Keep up the great work, and yes the more casual approach is enjoyable. Still learned something new.
Cannot state enough how much I love this channel. It is exactly the way I think.
Hey Talon, good day. I came across your content due to a tardy ADHD diagnose, brought by finding out autism in my son. One of the aspects of the treatment is to keep a good nutrition. So I started watching your videos and tried to apply in my daily routine. Man, did that help me!! I live in Brazil, so many of the foods and spices you mention I find easily and also are greatly affordable. Discussing with my psychiatric, I asked him to keep the meds to a minimum, only what could be defined as fundamental. So I don't make use of anything else besides venvanse. And know this. I had lots fat concentrated in a lot of parts, didn't have good sleep, disposition. In about 2 months after signing to your channel, forcing myself to eat better, I ended up finding out that this routine is actually cheaper to mantain, due to the simpleness of the cooking process I use. Also because a lot of those foods are rather easy to grow and find over here. Dude, a great thanks from the bottom of my heart. In about 7 months I watch your channel, I lost the equivalent to 20 pounds. Less sugar, less salt, less saturated fats. Also, my professional performance. You see, i'm a salesman and after 4 months with this discipline, I had the 3 best salaries in these 2 years on my company. I'm a fan and recommend you to everyone. 🙏
Hello, I also have ADHD. And dealing with everything is just so hard, I live alone and I have to do all by myself which is overly exhausting and overwhelming. But the meal plan is something I really wanna fix in my life because I came to a realization healthy diet and sleep (which both I am terrible at) plus good workout is the key of every problem. Recently managed to quit smoking and that gave me a confidence I in fact can fix my sleeping and eating problems because addiction was one other thing I though I would never beat. But since I also have adhd cooking the same foods everyday will be boring and I literally dont have mental capacity to think what to cook everyday. Can you share your meal plan so I can copy?
I absolutely loved this video so much. The laid back style is a great breath of fresh air from the more information dense videos. It's also a great indicator of some of the benefits of foods that some people overlook.
I’ve incorporated a lot more healthy daily foods thanks to your videos. Some of my favorites are kiwis, eggs, blackberries, carrots, and almonds/walnuts.
This video is actually at least as helpful as your usual tier lists. I really liked it.
Your videos really changed my way of thinking about food and my body changed alot since I started regulating my diet. Thank you for your effort with this amazing content!
One of my favorite videos of you yet!
Which is crazy, since the other ones are already hard to top with the amount of quality information.
thank you so much for sharing this. it is invaluable to see this kind of transparency and to know what you and other people REALLY do eat. i am subscribed, thumbs up and saved every one of your videos. great stuff!
Babe wake up
I already watched the video don't worry!

I've been loving your videos so much!! I feel like they may even be changing my life for the better by making me make more confident food choices. Thank you and I noticed that cheese tier list tease!! I'm so excited for that cheese tier list cause cheese is one of my favorite foods :)
Most days i work i eat a bunch of whole eggs for breakfast plus a banana with no sugar added vanilla greek yogurt for a snack later.
At home, i usually do eggwhites for breakfast.
I realize i HATE green leafy vegetables. Raw.
But ive been getting better at including them by slicing them fine (any lettuce, kale, spinach, etc) and throwing them in a bowl then pouring boiling brothy soup over the top.
Also, most of my soups are either based on chicken breast or lean ground beef, and i also usually include lentils and/or barley to make them a bit more hearty without spiking blood sugar like with rice or pasta.
the casual style videos like this are really nice. understanding more about your own personal habits & philosophies puts everything else on the channel into better context 🎉😊
I think the use of actual ways to incorporate a lot of these foods was an incredibly helpful inclusion. I think sometimes hearing about the best foods to eat without mentioning recipes or incorporation methods limits the effectiveness of the advice. I appreciate this channel very greatly! Thank you!
i love your videos, its really changed the way i eat and which foods i prioritise eating. the fact that you just break everything down into actual nutritional value is awesome. now i began to track my foods to identify what micronutrients im deficient in and add things to my diet to fix them by watching your videos as a guide for optimal diet. now instead of cereal for breakfast i eat a high protein skyr yogurt mixed with strawberries, a banana, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts and almonds and about 20 ish grams of protein powder.
I'm a little surprised he neglected to mention the LDL/HDL cholesterol in eggs. Eating TOO MANY eggs can actually be harmful cuz you're still consuming SOME bad cholesterol. Eating a ton of them every day is really not a good idea, especially when you consider that while they do provide protein, it's not enough protein if you're really looking to pack on skeletal muscle in conjunction with regular muscle building exercises.
@@nahor88 1995 called, they want the research papers on cholesterol back.
Definitely like this style of video. Showcasing the facts while bringing your own spin to it. Cheers!
This was fantastic. Simple. You have always implied it all. I picked up some new things. Thank you.
Thanks so much for this list ! Here is mine (considering i am a woman, not in a bulking or cutting diet, simply trying to enjoy my food while eating healthy) :
1. White meat
2. Salmon (not everyday but at least 1/2)
3. Avocado
4. Fruits (apple, banana, raspberries)
5. Skyr
6. Lots of vegetables (eggplant, carrots, zucchini, etc.)
7. Black coffee with no sugar
8. Cinnamon
9. Agave sirup
10. Eggs
I eat nuts and dried fruit almost every day for breakfast. I really like almonds in particular. I know they’re really calorie dense but that hasn’t stopped me from losing a lot of weight eating this way since I weigh it out every time.
Idk the science on this man but nut calories don’t even seem real to me. I started eating what should be around 1000 calories of nuts every day like 2 months back and I’ve gotten super lean without taking anything else out of my diet that would contribute to that many calories (I stopped eating grains but I was only consuming about 200 cals a day of oats). This is on top of a pound of ground beef and hella fruit every day. So enjoy your almonds man they probably won’t make you fat. Make sure you get sprouted nuts or soak them in water overnight though to lessen the amount of anti nutrients.
Great videos pal! Im so happy to have found you, and especially that you started your channel when I started to think more health oriented
I eat eggs, toast, and peanut butter as my post workout breakfast pretty much every day. Hits protein, carbs, and fats in one go and it’s just such a satisfying meal for me. I also LOVE chicken, beef, avocado, pretty much most fruits, a lot of vegetables, beans, ALL cheese (minus brie), and crackers. I love this channel because I feel like I can relate so much to wanting the best for my body, and I love knowing what all the different foods compare up to each other. Great video, Talon!
@@saccount-z3 hush. no one asked.
Pumpkin seeds is a daily for me! I sprinkle it on whatever breakfast I’m having; whether it’s eggs, protein cereal, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt. It’s great cause it goes with sweet AND savory foods!
i found them hard to sprout so i stopped eating them. i take chia seeds instead now.
that's great, I usually make a pumpkin seed butter with added flax and chia seeds for the Omega 3s
@@matthewxuereb5129 that sounds SO good!!
I also put flax seeds in my kodiak cakes, and chia seeds in my tea sometimes!
I’m hoping for the plant based protein alternative tier list 🙏
i´d love that aswell!
I second that!
plant based protein is half as good as animal protein. In terms of health being vegan is bad for you, but if it's for religious reasons then nevermind, I respect your position
@@Vengeance_Im yeah you’ve been misinformed
@@Vengeance_Im yah I get that, I also think it’s interesting how they engineer things like beyond meet and all that
Great video, thank you, this was very good actually. You gave really good tips and honestly in 12 minutes this was a very greatly packed nutrition video. Thank you!
I enjoyed your video! I appreciate this casual style, more ways to expand on it could be some of your favorite recipes!
Loving this style of video!
The food I have every day would be either coffee (these days, I make decaf) for the general mineral content, and I also just like it, black with maybe a little milk or skinny syrups. Oats are another I really like, super versatile. I've been making pizza baked oats lately, the crust is made of oat flour, among other things like nutritional yeast for protein.
Yeah oats are great. Pretty consistently whenever I've been lazy with my diet whether through mental or circumstantial reasons, the oats come in as such a good crutch. Using it as a filler for pizza sounds interesting for sure!
I love your videos.
I eat garlic a lot. I cook with it in most of my meals. I also go through a lot of mixed greens for salads and to add to sandwiches. Eggs I eat with most of my breakfast throughout the week. Now I think about it I eat goat cheese in some form (plain, herb and garlic, blueberry) most days. Omelette? Use goat cheese. Sandwich? Use goat cheese. Want a sweet snack? Have a slice or two of blueberry goat cheese with grapes/cherries on the side.
Would you said goat's cheese is.. The Goat?
Loved this video format! Would also love to see content about cooking methods and how it affects the nutritional value of foods
Love this vid! thanks man. Id be so cool to see a "What i eat in a week video" from you as a form of inspo
I've watched all of your content and I've become better informed as a result. 🙂 That being said, I felt better about my diet after this one. 😃 Eating properly just seems like so much work sometimes. I like food and I love to cook and bake but, seriously, if I had my way I'd be photosynthetic.
Hey Talon, if you’ve never tried adding a spoon of plain yogurt to your scrambled eggs, definitely give it a try sometime. It gives the eggs a bit of tangy sourness that makes them taste better.
I would have never thought of this in a million years..🤯
Brilliant!
also, make sure the yoghurt is cool, as this also serves in the eggs not being overheated and improves the texture.
Or cottage cheese
I think a character who got whacked on the Sopranos did this, that’s where I first heard of it. Sour cream can be used too
I like to add cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs, but I’m gonna try this
Bro you are just amazing!
Honestly your videos are so inspireing and helpful!
Your diet is so similar to mine it's actually conforting, being Mexican and living in Mexico I have easy access and enjoy the taste of beans, avocados and ingredients for making salsa. All of those have enhanced my weight loss diet to make my food more nutrituous, tastier and filling.
Y igual te ves bien marranete Wey 😂😂😂
el problema son las tortillas de harina, galletas y pan dulce ;_;
ive recently incorporated salsa into my daily rotation in lieu of salad dressing. its a game changer. also, for anyone who menstruates, boiling a dew cinnamon sticks for a few minutes is good for cramps, and its delicious. i usually put a bit of almond or oat milk creamer into my cinnamon tea for sweetness but it doesnt need it.
Dude, you are my favorite youtuber ever, you changed my life!
So glad you finally covered ginger. It's even better than I had hoped!
🔴 I don't eat animal products... one of the things I _do_ eat though, every single day, is RICE - BEANS - and MOLE (the Mexican sauce). With Mexican seasonings on top, it's amazing! I can eat it every day for the rest of my life and never tire of it, it's that good!
I'll usually have oatmeal for breakfast, or non-dairy yogurt with fruit, granola, and chia & flax seeds, then for lunch a collard greens - Lacinato kale - mustard greens salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, hemp seeds and a small amount of salad dressing.
For drinks I'll have pomegranate juice, green tea, coffee, sparkling water, kombucha, and pinot noir.
Never thought to put cinnamon in coffee! I just got some whole Ceylon rolls the other day, looking forward to trying it on the microfiche tomorrow
This video style was so sick!! Definitely a welcome change of pace to the tier lists tho both are great. Keep up the good work, thanks for all your hard work into putting this info out into such an easy to disgust (haha) form :)
You are my absolute favorite RUclipsr. I could learn about Food allllll day
I strongly agree with ginger being gods greatest gift🙏
Alright here is my list:
-oats
-banana
-soy milk
-miso
-tempeh
-skyr (or any yoghurt like substance)
-plums (amazing, they get undeserved hate)
-sourdough bread
-green (jasmin) tea
-mustard
Lots of variety in my diet but when I get the chance these are my go-to ingredients
SKYR YOGURTTT 🐐 i was so surpised when I found them, insane amount of protein
Tempeh + soy? Estrogen goes hard here
Soy "milk" is extremely bad for you and it should not even be called milk. In fact I think in Europe its forbidden they had to rebrand to soy drink. Its usually made from processed sneed oils.
Not sure with miso and tempeh are, but i guess the only one that i don't like is the soy milk, or any plant based milk on that matter because they have to mix these with added sugar and oil to taste ok, but for me they taste like the lowest quality junk food you can imagine but in a liquid form. Now i agree they're not junk foods, but they're definently frankenfoods. Like fr i'd rather eat brussel sprouts than consume plant based milk. Now if there's a way to mix butter and oil without artificial trans fats added and add stuff like coconut sugar only then they may taste good, but just regular vegetable oil with refined sugar it tastes awful.
@@loganwolv3393u should do some more research on plant based milks, because there’s plenty out there that are organic and without any additives.
I really like this video because of the realism you pointed out. I would love to see this broken down in to a list of meals you have during a typical day or week that include these item and their portions.
Talon - any style of video you upload I’ll watch. Always great content.
My top 10:
1.) Dark chicken (organic and pasture raised)
2.) Eggs (pasture raised)
3.) Garlic
4.) Broccoli (organic)
5.) Green Beans (organic)
6.) Cashews
7.) Pistachios
8.) Oranges or other Citrus
9.) Berries-strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, also pomegranate (seeds).
10.) Peanuts/Peanut Butter (no sugar)
organic dark chicken?
what does “organic” mean in this context?
for veggies, it means no artificial fertilisers, do chickens normally get sprinkled NPK on them?
@@tl1326 I think you’re on the right track there. Basically yeah, the chickens are fed stuff that is organic feed, etc. No GMO’s, etc.
I would really like to see a sweetener tier list
this is my favourite channel and you seem really cool too. super chill guru on my health journey.
Absolutely love the video! Keep this content coming!
I really like how in depth you're going with these kind of videos. Could you by any chance do the same kind of video for a vegetarian/vegan diet? I'd just replace the meats with some sort of plant protein but I'm not really sure which one to include.
hi!! i’ve been vegan for over three years and here are some of mine lol
1. oats (i love oats)
2. tempeh
3. zucchini
4. kombucha (no added sugar)
5. green tea
6. dates (usually not more than 2)
7. carrots
8. recently i’ve been eating brazil nuts to help my thyroid
9. dark chocolate
10. hummus
I heard oats are even bad for horses. I used to eat oats every day for around 5 years and now I can't even put them in my mouth its like my body became allergic (I can eat muesli bars but not cereal oats).
No beans?
My breakfast daily is over easy eggs, one or two, and avocado slices. Lunch and dinner alternates between chicken breast, fish or shrimp, lean ground turkey tacos, with veggie or salad and fruits in between. I enjoy my current diet thoroughly. I will be trying to work some ginger and other suggestions here as well! Thanks for the info
I could watch so many videos like this one, beautiful idea
babe wake up new talon fitness vid dropped
no bottle of Red 40 = invalid
I love this video, it's nice to see that despite your knowledge you have a realistic approach. I enjoy seeing everyone's picks, so heres mine:
1. Oats
2. Walnuts
3. Zucchini
4. Natural yogurt
5. Cottage cheese
6. Lemons in hot water (I prefer it over tea)
7. Sodium cyclamate (cheaper and more tasty for me than erythritol)
8. Some fruit, usually frozen strawberries
9. Pure cocoa powder
10. Cinammon
this video in particular was very helpful and fun. 10/10 keep it up
I am on a weight loss diet and I don’t even suffer. I really feel much better going to the gym and eating protein-rich foods, most of the time chicken breasts but I also don’t want to restrict myself to not eat things like sugar and chocolate. I just eat fruits instead of sweets and high protein pudding with chocolate and vanilla taste. And I drink a lot of water before meals and eat slowly. It’s really simple and it works.
Gingers are indeed God's gift to this green Earth.
Cracked up at that one hahahaha
Loved this video and would love to see more of this style of video maybe a small list of recipe outlines for meals you eat pretty regularly like the burrito bowl and such
i like the video and the new format. great work
I was surprised to see that you didn't list nuts, grains, or top-tier vegetables besides sweet potatoes. I snack on nuts daily & whenever I'm thinking about healthy food vegetables are the main ones that come to mind.
Nuts are too fatty foods to eat everyday day
@@ymiph6802 You are free to believe whatever you want. 🤣
@ymiph6802 Well, you'd get all the fats and proteins, but it would lack vitamins
@@Kevin-oj3fm Nuts are full of vitamins and minerals. A serving of peanuts has 20% of your daily requirement for Vitamin E, 21% of daily Vitamin B3, 17% of daily Vitamin B9, and 16% of daily Vitamin B1. Peanuts are also high in copper, manganese, and fiber. And that is just peanuts; pistachios are high in Vitamin A precursors and are also packed with many of the same nutrients as peanuts.
The only food I enjoy eating everyday is greek yogurt. You don't have to cook it, it's not that expensive and it is very nutricious which makes it the best breakfast food imo.
How do you keep it creamy in the fridge? I tried to put it deeper, it worked one time, but otherwise it's always half liquid half solid state or something like that.
I also eat it every day and stir it up a bit if it looks soupy. I use the low fat one and don't remember the one with fat being as soupy.
Egg and yogurt with oatmeal and mixed nuts with honey everyday.
Rice and beans with protein (I have all of them throughout the week: fish, pork, beef and chicken) and salad (usually lettuce, tomato, carrot, broccoli and cabbage, maybe kale).
And I drink sparkling water with lime juice almost daily too.
Maybe do a series on staple foods, their benefits and maybe how to possibly improve on them. Rice and beans is mine.
Super great video man! Really looking forward for more 😊
Tuna, greek yoghurt, peanut butter, fruit, coffee, wholemeal, seeded bread, milk. Helps me hit my macros and micros while being enjoyable to eat.
Careful with tuna if you're buying canned. It's usually low grade thus higher mercury content.
@@JackCarver_Reporting_in yup i ate tuna everyday at my school and i dont think i have ever felt that sick
For me the 10 foods that I eat almost every day are blueberries, linseeds, avocados, garden peas (or butter beans), wholegrain bread (or wholegrain pasta), extra virgin olive oil, pumpkin seeds (or sunflower seeds), unhulled tahini, blackstrap molasses and broccoli.
Sunflower seeds are an ultimate of God's creation

I eat/drink chicken, protein milk, red beans/red bean paste, milk, peanuts, protein powder and protein bars every day. I'm on a 3750 kcal bulking diet (5 day PPL split) and I'm loving it!
I love this new format
This video was very nice. It's important to keep things in perspective and not fall for the 'must have the perfect diet'. Wouldn't mind seeing more videos like this
Good evening and Happy New Year from the glorious SF Bay Area. I just discovered your videos and have been reviewing them with interest. I have been eating with health and planet consciousness for 50 years but I really like your more scientific break downs. I don't recommend meats 3 times a day or too much emphasis on dairy, however, I do consume them regularly with a reduction of meats to fewer times a week and cheese and yogurt almost every day. AVOCADOS!!! My staple. My biggest change here in January 2024 is to almost eliminate alcohol, at least for a time. If in a month or two I don't miss it, which I already don't on day 9, maybe I'll not go back unless it is for a picnic and wine tasting. You are reminding me about beans, which I always keep on hand, but I'll use them more. Thanks!
One of the most useful channels ive subed to
Another top tier video. Ever since I started cooking for myself, I've also found beans being HUGE.
I agree, this is an amazing video
It's difficult to say what my husband and I eat a day, but there are definitely certain things we have every week:
- potatoes
- onions
- peppers (bell or pointed usually, since we live in germany and mostly only have the super tame stuff 🥲)
- zucchini
- carrots
- tomatoes
- chicken (usually breast, sometimes legs)
- beef (usually minced)
- honey (just a touch)
- tzatziki (which is just super easy to make including greek yoghurt, quark, lemon juice and herbs)
- olive oil or another plant based oil
- eggs
- soy sauce
- pasta at least once a week xD
After messing around with my diet for years I've landed on basically the exact same system. I don't enjoy Avocados on the regular so I probably consume more dairy, but understand that I'm missing out on their benefits. The only thing I could add would be to emphasize a source of probiotics. I do Yogurt and Kefir now, but I drank Kombucha daily before I committed to increasing my protein intake with liquid milk and kefir.
Super stoked on your spices tier list as I feel like they are all S tier in unsung benefits to both nutrition and palatability of meals.
Thanks for the ginger tip on muscle soreness.
Thanks for your services 👍
Thanks so much for this video! I've been wanting to see this from you.
I struggle with sodium intake. Can you make a video with a few helpful tips on sodium solutions? Anything from "swap canned beans for less a processed version" to talking foods that help counteract high sodium, etc. Thank you!
Thanks! I do enjoy this type of video.
Great video talon, keep it up!
I loved this video so much useful information. Thank you 😊
