- Have you practiced with your broadheads? Will your broadheads hit the same spot as your field points? I am new to archery, and hunting. I assumed, like many others, that they wouldn't be any difference in accuracy. I was wrong. Just because your broadheads weigh the same as your field points, does not mean that they will have the same accuracy. There are a lot of factors that will change where your broadheads land. I am not any type of expert on the subject. I wanted to simply show you my results with these two broadheads. I really like both of them. I would definitely recommend at least a couple of shots with your broadheads before you go out hunting with them. The Black Hole target also worked pretty well. I wouldn't say it the best target in the world, but will get the job done.
Thanks so much for watching. If you're looking to purchase any of the gear I used in this video,, please help me out and click on any one of the Amazon links below. Thanks

Just a tip: spin the broad head off the arrow and pull it back through. You don’t mess up the target or the fletching.
I just bought this black hole target and I really hope it works good enough to not fuck up my fletchings
The sides are a little bit tougher.
Nice video very helpful!
The spin of your arrow actually depends on the bow cam and strings. Some spin right some left.
I have the same target but I bought the crossbow one instead it's alot better
Gonna the M3’s on 350 reds and NC’s on some VAP tko 300’s… maybe switch…
Sold on the NCs
I no longer trust mechanicals for deer but for turkey I would use them. I would bet his bow needs tuned a little so the field tips and broadheads hit in the same spot.
@@tray22 just used the NC on a goat yesterday and the diameter was so big it hit the front leg bone. It completely fractured it in half. I would say on such a small animal I would have to use them a bit further back than usual
I've heard that mechanicals aren't great for turkey. The feathers can deflect the blades. The Annihilators are supposed to be really good for both turkey and larger game.
That's great info. Thanks
@@uosocal also worth noting that the two times I’ve used these broad heads I haven’t had a pass through shot. Every single animal before this has been taken with a G5 montec and every single one was a pass through. Even when hitting boar shoulders. I’ll try shooting further back to test it out
Bow and or arrows need tuned
Wonder if the m3 is quieter than the original montec
Not sure.
