I also tried to walk a little more than usual and I didn’t do any diets but i’m planning on going calorie deficit. I started to feel a little de-motivated towards the end of the week. But i’m trying to start walking daily about 1-2 hours to get better reaults faster! 💘

Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start . Oh I hope you understand what I mean, I'm not very fluid in English (• ▽ •;)

Wow all these negative comments. If you don't like slim thighs or thigh gap then don't watch? It's Asian beauty standard to be slim and a bit curvy. Not everyone wants to be thicc like in the west. This lady makes a good, informative workout vid for ppl who WANT a slimmer thigh. If you don't like that, then why click into a slimner thigh vid?
I agree. Everyone is free to follow their beauty standards (in a healthy way of course). Better achieve it through exercise, than not eating enough, so that is definitely a useful video.
MorningGloryy I know you’re trying to defend this workout after all because this is just a workout video, but it almost sounds like you are body degrading women who are naturally “thicc”. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. It’s understandable that’s it’s an Asian beauty standard, but sometimes people try to achieve the slim ‘acceptably body standard’ in an unhealthy way. Slimming your thighs doesn’t just mean getting them to her thigh size in this video. Slim thighs mean something different for everyone. You don’t have to degrade others’ body types to appreciate someone else’s, which is the message that seems to be put off by your comment. I’m not sure if you meant it in that way, but if this is your body standard then it’s just as beautiful as someone in the West who is “thicc”. By the way, most women in the West care to be fit and toned not just “thicc”.

Star Dust yes it is all about trying and seeing what your body can do because someone can lose 3 cm and someone else could lose just 1 , but it does not mean it is not working it just means we are not all built the same . But this does work so do not give up🤩
I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

Mine are about 20 inches. I started this challenge and in 4 days I lost 2 cm. I went from 53 cm to 51 cm. my goal is to get to 45 cm. I was almost there when I did the chloe ting leg workout, it for me to 48 but then I gained 5 cm in muscle.

I have started this workout 3 months ago ( April) and my legs was 67 cm and now there are at 52 cm. I can see a big difference and I lose 15 kilos!!!! ( I’m in diet). review/ results: for anyone wondering if it works, IT DOES. i don't have any measures to give y'all bc i didn't take any but it's a VERY noticeable difference and it was in a short amount of time ( about 1 week and a half ) i didn't feel sore after the workout if anyone is wondering. i did it once everyday and skipped the the stretches (@10:13) bc i was to lazy to do em. no diet, just at-least 1 bottle or 2 of water a day ( so that's 500mL- 1L ) i ate a lot of junk and chips and it still worked!! so nooo strict diet didn't up my protein, nun of that shit my thighs are a lot slimmer now and they were big before ( size 9/10 jeans for reference ) yeah besties so please do this bc it works! and fast!! ( also if anyone is wondering, this is the ONLY thigh workout i did. the other workout i did was for abs and it was by lily sabri ) EDIT: measurements if anyone wants it.. BEFORE: 23 inches NOW: 20 inches LOST 3 INCHES OFF IN 1 WEEK IN A HALF!! doesnt sound like much but i promise there's a noticeable difference!! To everyone who’s wanting to see results... I did this 5-6x a week, once everyday, along with a diet limit of 1400kcal (within my height limits) My initial thigh measurements: 58cm After 2 months: 47cm I’ve also lost about 5-6kg, and I don’t eat clean, just kept within the 1400kcal I’ve stopped doing it so excessively and have progressed to just 1/2x a week. Also have increased my kcal to 1600. Still 47cm after a few months with no rebound. Try it! Dont give up, it works!! 👍🏼 Saw a few comments that mentioned being embarrassed when parents walk in on you. My mom did too and now she’s joining me for every single workout! We laugh at each other instead now 😏🤣 Edit: Would also like to add that I had not done remotely anything close to exercising (unless shopping is counted 😂) in 4 years before starting this. Okay, starting at 22 inches, 57 cm 1 day done (It was light, and I always walk steps and do 2 another work outs) 2 day done (I do 10 mins stretching + this work out, I feel burn in my thighs) Day 3 done, 6K steps, 15 mins stretching, 20 min work out + 2x this work out, nothing yet Day 4 done, nothing actually change in cm, but we all need time, you will literally do not lost 3 cm in 7 days, so be patient, 8K steps + 10 mins stretching + 30 mins Cardio + 1x this exercise Day 5 I do exercise, but not this one actually so idk Day 6 done, 20 mins of stretching and 2x this one, still nothing change, I actually think you all need 2-3 weeks to see any cm down :( be patient Day 7 do it 2x in day + 20 min stretching, I feel nice bc after doing this everyday it goes into my Daily 1 week update : nothing actually change, which is obviously lol don't belive in people who said they lost 3 cm in 7 days bc is not possible without a diet, so I knew it will not change anything at all after 1 week, maybe after 2-3 it will give any changes, wish me luck 🎉 Day 1 done 1x + 600 kcal burning cardio, still nothing at all, and is day 8 so I hope to see results soon Day 2 done 400 kcal cardio burn + 1x this one, still nothing yet Day 3 done, I guess it doesn't work on all people, since is day 10 and none of cm change, still 56 cm, maybe after 3/4 weeks anything will move Day 4 done, 1x with cardio, nothing change at all Day 5 done 1x with cardio, nothing change, lol I give up, it didn't work at all, maybe it would in 1 month or more and it will not show a lot of change (max 2-3 cm without diet) Day 6 didn't do it since I wall 11K steps so I burn 600 kcal Day 7 did it 2x times 2 weeks update : totally no change, they look and feel same lol not even 1 cm change tho 🎉 Will be back here OKAY LOL so after around 2 weeks of working out from 57 cm they change to 55 cm 😢 it works, I will do it for next 2/3 weeks to have 53/52 cm and it will be thin to my height since i am 176 cm

@@veronicajata3121 make sure you're doing cardio, like hiit workouts or running. if you want to slim down, you have to loose the fat. these workouts only work on their own if you don't have a lot of fat already. you can still do these workouts (I have the exact same problem as you and I do them)but you won't get fast results. do some research about this and find what works for you!

I wrote it down, hope it helps . 1) Plie squats: Wide stance , feet pointing outwards keeping back straight. 30 secs 2) Laying one leg lift: straight legs, keep toes pointed and tuck belly button in. 30 secs each leg 3) Glute bridge with towel: put towel between knees and press, keep your abdomen tight. 30 secs 4) Leg hugs: don't bend your knees, keep toes pointed. 30 secs 5) Inner thigh lifts: keep legs straight and toes pointed. 30 secs each leg 6) Donkey kicks: keep back straight. 30 secs each leg 7) Laying crossover kicks: put legs up and place right ankle on top of left ankle, open knees to sides when your legs go down. 30 secs and then switch and place left ankle on top of right ankle. 30 secs 8) Laying straight leg knee flexion: put legs up and bend them by the knees, touch your hips with heels. 30 secs 9) Straight legged hip raise: lift your hips with legs up, toes pointing forward. 30 secs It's done!! It’s not that much of a difference but it’s a good start! I also tried to walk a little more than usual and I didn’t do any diets but i’m planning on going calorie deficit. Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. While doing this exercise for one month, I sometimes wanted to give up but I never did because I kept remembering if there’s no pain, you won’t gain anything. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise. Good luck, bye!💕

No honestly I’ve been doing it for a 5 days or so, and I’ve been eating healthy foods and doing other workouts but I think I’ve gained a cm in my thighs!! Idk, it’s not working for me but I’ll continue to do it for about 2 weeks
Star Dust yes it is all about trying and seeing what your body can do because someone can lose 3 cm and someone else could lose just 1 , but it does not mean it is not working it just means we are not all built the same . But this does work so do not give up🤩
I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

1- Before I did this exercise, my weight was 52, and then I lost weight and I was 45.. When I decreased 7 kilos, I didn't notice any change in my thighs! And there was no gap between them..
2- I started doing this exercise when my weight became 45, I was not committed to exercise and not every day I do it... but after a period of time, maybe a month? I noticed that there was a gap between my thighs! And my thighs became much thiner than before!

review/ results: for anyone wondering if it works, IT DOES.
i don't have any measures to give y'all bc i didn't take any but it's a VERY noticeable difference and it was in a short amount of time ( about 1 week and a half ) i didn't feel sore after the workout if anyone is wondering.
i did it once everyday and skipped the the stretches (@10:13) bc i was to lazy to do em.
no diet, just at-least 1 bottle or 2 of water a day ( so that's 500mL- 1L )
i ate a lot of junk and chips and it still worked!! so nooo strict diet didn't up my protein, nun of that shit
my thighs are a lot slimmer now and they were big before ( size 9/10 jeans for reference )

I did this 5-6x a week, once everyday, along with a diet limit of 1400kcal (within my height limits)
My initial thigh measurements: 58cm
After 2 months: 47cm
I’ve also lost about 5-6kg, and I don’t eat clean, just kept within the 1400kcal
I’ve stopped doing it so excessively and have progressed to just 1/2x a week. Also have increased my kcal to 1600. Still 47cm after a few months with no rebound.

Saw a few comments that mentioned being embarrassed when parents walk in on you. My mom did too and now she’s joining me for every single workout! We laugh at each other instead now 😏🤣
Edit: Would also like to add that I had not done remotely anything close to exercising (unless shopping is counted 😂) in 4 years before starting this. I think that was a major factor to this fast loss.

1 day done (It was light, and I always walk steps and do 2 another work outs)
2 day done (I do 10 mins stretching + this work out, I feel burn in my thighs)
Day 3 done, 6K steps, 15 mins stretching, 20 min work out + 2x this work out, nothing yet
Day 4 done, nothing actually change in cm, but we all need time, you will literally do not lost 3 cm in 7 days, so be patient, 8K steps + 10 mins stretching + 30 mins Cardio + 1x this exercise
Day 5 I do exercise, but not this one actually so idk
Day 6 done, 20 mins of stretching and 2x this one, still nothing change, I actually think you all need 2-3 weeks to see any cm down :( be patient
Day 7 do it 2x in day + 20 min stretching, I feel nice bc after doing this everyday it goes into my Daily
1 week update : nothing actually change, which is obviously lol don't belive in people who said they lost 3 cm in 7 days bc is not possible without a diet, so I knew it will not change anything at all after 1 week, maybe after 2-3 it will give any changes, wish me luck 🎉
Day 1 done 1x + 600 kcal burning cardio, still nothing at all, and is day 8 so I hope to see results soon
Day 2 done 400 kcal cardio burn + 1x this one, still nothing yet
Day 3 done, I guess it doesn't work on all people, since is day 10 and none of cm change, still 56 cm, maybe after 3/4 weeks anything will move
Day 4 done, 1x with cardio, nothing change at all
Day 5 done 1x with cardio, nothing change, lol I give up, it didn't work at all, maybe it would in 1 month or more and it will not show a lot of change (max 2-3 cm without diet)
Day 6 didn't do it since I wall 11K steps so I burn 600 kcal
Day 7 did it 2x times
2 weeks update : totally no change, they look and feel same lol not even 1 cm change tho 🎉

OKAY LOL so after around 2 weeks of working out from 57 cm they change to 55 cm 😢 it works, I will do it for next 2/3 weeks to have 53/52 cm and it will be thin to my height since i am 176 cm

It really didn't do much :\ but still i lost a cm! I think i will continue doing this but try to do it twice and not so late maybe because i went to sleep almost right after affected my results oops 💀 i should pay more attention to what i eat too because i eat a lot of candy and not much other food.

@@veronicajata3121 make sure you're doing cardio, like hiit workouts or running. if you want to slim down, you have to loose the fat. these workouts only work on their own if you don't have a lot of fat already. you can still do these workouts (I have the exact same problem as you and I do them)but you won't get fast results. do some research about this and find what works for you!

1) Plie squats: Wide stance , feet pointing outwards keeping back straight. 30 secs
2) Laying one leg lift: straight legs, keep toes pointed and tuck belly button in. 30 secs each leg
3) Glute bridge with towel: put towel between knees and press, keep your abdomen tight. 30 secs
4) Leg hugs: don't bend your knees, keep toes pointed. 30 secs
5) Inner thigh lifts: keep legs straight and toes pointed. 30 secs each leg
6) Donkey kicks: keep back straight. 30 secs each leg
7) Laying crossover kicks: put legs up and place right ankle on top of left ankle, open knees to sides when your legs go down. 30 secs and then switch and place left ankle on top of right ankle. 30 secs
8) Laying straight leg knee flexion: put legs up and bend them by the knees, touch your hips with heels. 30 secs
9) Straight legged hip raise: lift your hips with legs up, toes pointing forward. 30 secs
It's done!! Now stretch
