I made this item and 2 other of your other dishes over the last 2 weekends. All of them have been amazing. Your cooking times are spot on! I really appreciate that you have a video to go along with it So far I have tried: Jalapeno Apple Smoked Ribs, The smoked bologna, as well as the chicken lollipops. They were all amazing! Thanks for keeping these dishes simple. Often times other websites will say it will take 5 or 10 minutes to prep a meal then 50 minutes later I am still prepping it. With your selection, it is so much quicker!
My wife was anti-bologna in any form until I had a guys night while she was out shopping with the girls. I had some smoked bologna left over and she tried a small piece. Long story short, she came home with a whole log two days later and told me to smoke it. She has been hooked ever since
I can't wait to try this! My standard question - haha - I'm assuming on your Camp Chef Smoker you use high smoke for whole time or do you bump it up to get the "bark" or crust to form? also wondering what style of BBQ sauce do you prefer for this? thinking a sweet one?
Hey Michael! Yep, high smoke the whole time on the Camp Chef, it rolls right around 225 for me. I used my Kansas City Style BBQ sauce, you can find that one here: heygrillhey.com/kansas-city-style-bbq-sauce/

Thanks Much!
Was pretty sure this was only an Oklahoma thing. To each their own but I found my bologna doesn’t need seasoning or basting or fancy cuts.
looks like someone cut the end off of a giant hotdog
Why not one qtr of inch like everyone else does
I like thicker slices and I don't feel an urge to do everything exactly how everyone else does it all the time.
3 hours? Better be 225 in that grill
Better when you use pork or pork/beef.
I haven't tried pork bologna yet! I'll have to look for it next time.
Bologna is already smoked
Why are muricans eating so much bullish?
People eat that shat? It's reclaimed beef slime.
