In this video, we’re going to talk about the health benefits of cruciferous sprouts.
We’re primarily talking about broccoli and cauliflower sprouts in this video. You can grow these at home in 3 days without sun or soil.
Cruciferous sprouts contain 100 times the amount of sulforaphane as adult plant counterparts.
This phytonutrient can help increase your resistance to cancer. They induce carcinogen-detoxifying enzymes. Sprouts can also promote selective apoptosis.
Studies show that sprouts are highly effective at lowering incidences of breast tumor cells.
Other research shows that they can help protect against H. pylori and gastritis.
Add some cruciferous sprouts to your salad or smoothie, or eat them on their own. These incredible superfoods are worth adding to your shopping list.
Try cauliflower or broccoli sprouts, and let me know how you like them in the comments below.

But on my own im taking 250mg of broccoli sprouts extract pills also turkey tail mushroom extract pills and lots of green tea along with lots of water and exercise. My tumor markers have dropped from 168 in Sept of 22 to 22 in March of 23. I feel fine so far. And of course I follow Dr berg .

I get them off of Amazon. They have all different kinds. I make them in Mason jars and got some strainer tops that fit on to easily rinse and drain them . To grow is extremely easy! You just get a glass jar and soak the seeds in water for one day in a dark place (I put my jars in a cabinet), rinse and then drain completely. Rinse your sprouts 2x per day. You have to rinse 2x per day to prevent bacteria and keep your sprouts hydrated. In about 3 days or so, you have delicious, fresh sprouts! They are great on keto nachos, in wraps, in salads, soups and so much more. I also have tried growing mung beans and while I really like those, I prefer the flavor of broccoli sprouts and think they are also a ton higher in nutrition. But nothing are great!
I highly recommend giving it a try!

@@ishaje0 It is incredibly easy. You can find many videos on youtube, but the basics are:
      Buy seeds
Put about a half tablespoon of seeds in a Mason jar.
Soak the seeds for about 8 hours to 24 hours.
Place in a dark place, such as a cupboard
Drain water (it is helpful to have a top that strains out the water without allowing the seeds to come out.
Rinse the seeds and drain again.
Repeat rinsing and draining the seeds/spouts 2x per day.
You should have a Mason jar full of seeds by the 3rd or 4th day as long as you rinse and drain daily.
That's all there is to it! It is so easy. No soil is required and it takes just a few days! I pat my sprouts dry and place in a bag and put in the fridge. I use them within a few days.

They, along with my mung bean sprouts (I hope those are okay!), are the base of my nightly salads. I use about 1/4 cup of each in my salad. I’ve recently started sprouting broccoli. I’m encouraged by some of the videos I’ve seen on the benefits of eating broccoli sprouts. I grow some of my own vegetables in my garden and dry them (basil, peppers, sage, and other herbs). I was wondering if drying broccoli sprouts would still hold the nutritional values after drying/dehydrating. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks for a great video.
