One point I wanted to clarify. I am not recommending taking melatonin supplements but instead triggering your mitochondria to MAKE its own melatonin. You do this with exposure to the infrared spectrum of light - sun, fire (campfire, candle flames, fireplace, etc.) or using some red-light therapy. AND start to restrict the blue light (computers, cell phones and artificial lights). When I personally take melatonin, my sleep sucks. Some people might sleep better with it but anytime you take a hormone the gland that produces it (hint, hint - pineal) doesn't have to produce anymore and the body starts depending on external sources. So, the best solution is to trigger the cells' ability to make melatonin itself.
That's why God made nature. He meant for us to be outside working, not indoors all the time. Children don't play outside anymore. Adults are always at desks. We need nature.
I believe this. My aunt is 60 years old. Been a smoker for the past 25 years but she's always outside bec the kitchen is outside and she does kitchen work in the dirty kitchen & laundry area outside where sunrise and sunset hits these areas. She does gardening too. There are trees in her backyard and fresh air where she lives. She eats all regular Filipino dishes. She's not fat and she sweats a lot bec of household stuffs. She sleeps like a baby. Sleeps at 10-11PM Wakes up at 4:30-5AM.
Thank you Dr Berg. My husband got a very bad report from the doctor in December. He’s 78, I’m 67. I just ordered him an over $600. outdoor recliner so he can sit in the sun. My father’s favorite words were “go sit in the sun.” That was his answer to any ailment. He was 88 when he passed away. May the Lord bless you and keep you safe and healthy, in Jesus name. Amen
It’s funny that you say this because I’m 26 & I had some shoulder pain for a few days. I decided to go walking outdoors & that shoulder pain went away the same day. ☺️😂 I believe the sun helps us greatly..
My great grandmother is 97 years old, worked on a farm all her life, she never had any illnesses at all apart from a small issue with her eye 3 years ago. All she ate was flour based products. Some vegetables, some meat some dairy and green tea. Perhaps the sun is the most important thing after all.
And you know Bill Gates wants to deflect the Sun away from us AND take away the farms!!!!! Go figure, that just shows you that Meat is good for us and so is the Sun.!!!!! Notice how we don’t get as much sunshine now it’s because they can control weather to an extent which is also dangerous because they should not be tampering with nature as it can do more damage than they know.!! The elites are horrible people who are in control of the present world situation, God help us.!! 🙏🇺🇸
My husband's aunt just turned 98. Lives in her farm in Iowa, still drives and still very healthy. Her two younger brothers already moved to assisted living and one already died from pneumonia.

Working from home for the past 15 years took its toll on me. Severely reduced vitamin d, depression, bone pain, nerve pain, back pain, insomnia what not. Started walking for 30 minutes in sun from new year day and I already feel healthy.
Dr. B, you are amazing!!! I am a retired DC/ND, 76 years old and feel like every video of yours is like attending a seminar!! I love your philosophy of health and healing, as well as your humility about not pushing your own line of supplements! I admire your ongoing and sophisticated research on every topic you present and the 'newness' of them. I hope that you continue to spread your knowledge to the world and elucidate people to the Medical Industrial Complex that exists in this country!! You ROCK!!
Finally, my hatred of fluorescent lighting is confirmed. I also feel even more justified in quitting my office job. Between the fluorescent lights, the harsh light of my screen, and prolonged sitting, I could feel myself deteriorating. Loved this video. Thank you Dr. Berg!
Fluorescents are cold drab lights with little purpose. Incandescents produce light and heat. Lighting is needed more in winter than summer, which is great because the extra heat is put to good use and easy to distribute. It's such a win-win; how did they ever get the idea that poisonous mercury infested lights were a better choice, just because they can last longer. The tradeoff is clearly not worth it!
@@experimenthealthyketo83 ---- yes, if we stand up while working on a computer....constantly moving our feet and legs .....and in addition in front of a window daylight and sun can enter through.....we are better of. Hi Dr Berg, I don't know if you will read this but I wanted to reach out anyway and thank you. I'm only 25 and in pretty good health currently, but several members of my family (plus a few friends' parents) have recently been diagnosed with various forms of cancer, all in a very short space of time. To cut a long story short, this has led me to discover your RUclips channel and I have been watching a lot of your videos multiple times each, taking notes in the process. Your talks about melatonin and the sun, as well as fasting are two particular subjects which nobody in my family seems to know much about and certainly didn't teach me as I was growing up. I feel as though I have learnt so many things through you, which I would probably never hear about through going to see "regular" doctors. I love that you promote healthy living through nature (e.g. sun, eating natural foods) as opposed to supplements and medication. Thank you so much for creating this channel and providing so much life-saving information for free. I feel encouraged to live the rest of my days as healthily as I can, and hopefully I can also pass on some of my findings to my loved ones and in turn help them.
I love the way he explains the entire paper in such an accessible way. First, he recognizes that we are capable of taking responsibility for our own well being, instead of counting exclusively on medical interventions when things go wrong (and more difficult to solve). Secondly, as illustrated by the pandemic, science shouldn't be restricted to scientists. The lack of knowledge leads to bad decisions and can be fatal not only at the individual level, but for all of us. I admire people who go out of the academic bubble and take their time to do this.
You're doing humanity more justice than the current medical establishment these days. I appreciate the work you do in analyzing data and putting it into layman's terms so humanity can truly take advantage of the benefits. I don't think people know how much work that must be , thank you Dr Berg 🙏🏾
Excellent video! As a health professional myself, I have always said that sunlight was key to health. Problem is our medical society today try to keep people out of the sun because they say it's bad for you! Sunlight, quality air, good nutrition, proper exercise, and quality sleep is key to the prevention of disease.
@@rhan856 There is no doubt that getting sunlight has an accumulative effect when it comes to aging. However, the key is to NEVER let yourself burn. Also, to counteract any negative effects that sunlight has on the skin, you can take a supplement called Astaxanthin. Taking 12mg every other day is all that is needed to protect you from sun damage. There are clinical trials on its use. I personally don't like sunblock because of all the chemicals most of them contain. Everything regarding health has a risk to benefit ratio and getting 10-20 minutes of daily sunlight far outweighs the risks in my opinion and I've been in the health field for over 27 years.
Gosh, I wonder how my grandmother lived until age 99, when she'd heard nothing about any of this ? My sister is a doctor, and she writes for the National Health Magazines; Says if you take too much Melatonin, your body NATURALLY stops making its own. Like the dr. to explain that one for me ? Too bad we can't find REAL foods to eat anymore; everything pre boxed with extra salt, white flour and sugars ? Waiting for your reply Dr. Berg. Thanks. @@lyndafayesmusic We were taught in school that melatonin is a hormone and acts on the receptors like other hormones. Not true! It's pretty cool how modern research is inadvertently directing us back to a more outdoor life. I adore the sun. Not sure if I learnt this on this channel but most nights I turn off all the lights an hour before bed and light candles. I find my sleep dramatically improved. Thanks doc
Careful some candles Made In China put out horrific pollutants. Lead in the wick and benzene from the was. Beeswax is very expensive soy less so but still more than generic paraffin.
This has saved my butt. I'm suffering from prolonged covid inflammation. I started supplementing melatonin. And started taking hi-dose glutathione. After just 2 days, I feel better than I have in months.
When I had Covid the first 2 days were awful and I forced myself to go into the sun for an hour. I felt better directly after it. 30 min in front and 30 min from the back. No placebo for sure. Vitamin D and Melatonin from Sun is real.
Be careful taking the supplement. It will negatively affect your body’s production. Sun ☀️ is better or as he also mentioned above it can also come from infrared or fire 🔥
I advise everyone at work to watch your videos. Most of my coworkers are 10- 15 years younger than me. So many of my coworkers have experienced cancer, pick up colds/flu easily. Others have painful joint issues, requiring steroids/knee replacement surgery replacement. At 57 I have zero pain nor any other major health problems. I take most vitamins Dr Berg suggest, I sleep 8 hrs a night & avoid stressing over things beyond my control. I watch my younger coworkers stress over non important issues. Several tell me they rarely sleep more than a few hrs. Imo 40/50 is still young. These people should not be experiencing so many issues. I'm going to forward this video. Hopefully they will watch & take Dr Berg's advice.
9. Same here as most of my co workers are a good bit younger. They all smoke and drink energy drinks. Vape ing is widespread as well. Yea i had some bad habits back then but Nothing like them..
Their poor health is due GMO & processed food into their body ; & plus watching too sports & movies , musics , & computer games , etc. , into their mind .
This is right in line with what I accidentally stumbled upon when I got mold toxicity. They were showing that melatonin actually greatly helped combat mycotoxins
This video connects all of the important dots I had in the past two decades as I became more aware of human health and things that affect it. It explains why youngsters can survive on crappy lifestyles, why human will die (because we age), why do we age and why do we even decline over time which almost exactly correlates with the natural decline of melatonin in our body. Even seemingly unrelated, why successful people tend to have highly disciplined lifestyles - wake up, get out and sleep at the exact times that perfectly synchronize with the nature. It vindicates so many thoughts, theories and beliefs from so many places. I’m in utter joy and gratefulness of Dr Berg’s work and I need to take a moment to collect myself now.
I couldn't agree with you more. I am so thankful that I found Dr Berg. He clarified alot of things for me and I am so incredibly happy now and watching my body heal itself after so many years of neglect. I wake up every day with a great outlook in life and I feel better every day, body and mind...
My wife and I just watched this video, and realized something. We live on a small farm. We spend all spring, summer and fall outdoors. We never get sick then ever. In the winter, we tend to spend a lot of time indoors under led lighting. That's when we typically get a cold or the flu. We are definitely going to spend more time in the sauna. Thank you so much.
I am truly appreciative of your passion to help us all. I am a RN, I’ve lost count of how many patients I’ve instructed to subscribe to you. My cancer patients and now, my seniors with cognitive impairment. The current treatment for sundowning is antidepressants or antipsychotic that’s has terrible side effects. Caregivers are stressed…Now go outside for treatment God bless you
You did see the newest research that doctors are now calling senior cognitive decline type 3 diabetes? They did a study where they put some seniors on a carbohydrate restricted diet with fasting, and their memory improved after a short period. Within like 30 days or so. Those that continued on the diet apparently kept making improvements in their memory and cognitive functions. Couple that information with increased exposure to infrared light (sun light), I wonder how much more they would improve? I also saw a brief about a nursing home in Europe somewhere, that the residents rooms are arranged so that they all have access to a central "city" with shops, cafes, a park, a library, etc. the residents can come and go freely in their "city" but cannot leave the premises. But they can walk with friends, have a meal or snack, go to the library, live their lives in a safe walking community. I thought that was pretty novel.
I bookmarked this on New Year's Day. I have watched it once a week ever since. The information contained within this single video is life-altering if you review it regularly and put practices into place based upon it. Thank you again, Dr. Berg.
Amazing information! Adding sunlight to my health routine. They scared us with misinformation about the “dangers” of sun exposure as they did about fat-containing foods. Surprise, surprise, we’ve been once again duped. 😡
I wouldn't say, we are being duped. The science/learning is ongoing. I'm not even sure everything Dr B said in this video will hold up in 1 year, much less 5 years. The body is complex. Our relationship to the planet/solar system is complex. Perhaps enough people now are learning that. I am older, and can say that the percentage of people that have an awareness of the need to question what they eat and their relationship to nature - compared to society's expectations (or just because something tastes/feels good) - is much greater now than when I was growing up. The main issue then was simply weight related. Etc.
Excessive unprotected sun exposure has its ageing effects on the skin. You won't believe how much damage my skin has endured by not protecting myself from the sun in my teens. It took a decade to heal the skin and now my eyes are photosensitive. Sunlight is somehow triggering migraine.
Yes we're being duped for someone else's sake and agendas. You can't tell me that anyone ever actually believed margarine and sugary cereals are good for them ? Oh yeah, that's right I forgot people will believe anything even that wearing a face mask that doesn't stop viruses will stop viruses.
I rarely comment on RUclips. But I loved this video. I have done a lot of research on melatonin myself. And you came with new and very good information! What I liked most about this video were how enthusiastic you were about finding such health treasures! Thank you for making a difference! :)
Thank you, Dr. Berg, for working hard in the field of medicine. This world needs people like you. I've... lived in darkness, for a long time, covering up my windows, out of fear for the world. It's time to let the light in, and get outside more. Great time to post this video, thanks again!

A few years ago I had been reading about infrared light. I built my own little sauna to use in my small bathroom. It is a board with 4 of the heat lamps that you can get at any hardware store. I use it about 10 minutes before bed - especially in winter. I sleep great as a result. I love how Dr. Berg explains all the connections so that it makes sense. Thank you!

Here also a problem. It's almost rainy the whole winter. Last hiking is more than a month ago. My depression is high and can not sleep. In 2 years I'm going to move in the tropics
Interesting. I'm autistic and experience sensory issues and migraines. This information is consistent with my learning the types of light that hurt me and the types that make me feel good

This was in the middle of the first wave when people were in ICUs and dropping like flies. I'm in my mid 50s, overweight and has asthma problems. When I caught the virus in that month, I had very minor symptoms for about 4-5 days and felt strong and healthy while doing those things. I'm an analytical chemist who studied the use of Near-IR radiation for chemical analysis for my doctoral dissertation. I can confirm that Near-IR radiation penetrates deeply into your body. The reason is that the energy of these photons is less than the energy of electronic molecular transitions, so it is not absorbed through that mechanism. The only way it is absorbed is through overtone and combination molecular vibration transitions, which absorb very weakly because those transitions are "quantum mechanically forbidden". But because molecules aren't pure harmonic oscillators, they are slightly absorbed. So these Near-IR photons can penetrate, and even bounce around multiple times before they are absorbed. They may penetrate as deeply as ~ 10cm before being absorbed, so the beauty of it is that you can wear thick clothing (as in winter) and still receive a fair amount of Near-IR radiation.

This is a very interesting information! I am working with melatonin in my thesis, I am comparing melatonin with other safeners to protect tomatoes against herbicide damaged and melatonin showed better results compared other safeners. Besides human being, melatonin also showed useful to protect plants.
The angle of the light makes a difference as well. The body recognizes whether the light is coming from above or below. If you have absolutely no choice to use blue light (phones tablets etc) before sleep, make sure it’s at its warmest light setting and the light is shining from below. The body will still produce melatonin, albeit less than not using these devices at night. On another note, infrared heat from the sun passes through windows if there not insulated against it. As long as you can feel the heat from the sun, you’re getting NIR (near infrared). Another source of NIR, are incandescent lights, however, they’re not energy efficient.
Thank you Dr. Berg, your research is amazing. I also live by farmers, there is a man who is 90 years old he sold most of his farming land but kept a small acreage of it that he upkeeps I think he gets around or better than some 60 year olds. We all need to be with mother nature more and technology less.
Red Raspberries and Tart Cherries contain a good amount of Melatonin: I did a simple self experiment a while back where I ate some quality Red Raspberries immediately before bed and remember feeling particularly good the next day. Apparently though taking external forms of Melatonin can cause your body to become dependent on this and subsequently produce less of this important chemical internally so taking exogenous forms of Melatonin probably shouldn't be done regularly: more like a once in while thing.

Hi again Dr Berg. I am once again delighted to see this info in regard to ME/CFS. This all echoes my experience with sunlight and 'overwintering'. I currently take Gluthathione supplementation and I shall be optimising my Melatonin production and increasing my use of my Infrared Skin Wand. This is all so heartening as I have struggled so so much in the recent winters; even dreading them in advance although I love spring/summer and autumn/fall. God willing this will be the year that we manage to travel south to take advantage of longer daylight in winter and being able to be outside more. Thanks for all your work.
I love it that Dr. Berg is not judgemental about his neighbors. Instead he sees the value behind their lifestyle, although they are having some flaws, but who has not ?
Good video on melatonin and I believe that is part (sun-melatonin) of what helps the farmers be healthy despite their diet other things are probably healthy levels of stress, exposure to microbiotics (soil), hard physical work and mostly most importantly not sitting home watching TV (or phone) and snacking all day.
Hi Dr. Berg. I believe in this 100%. I’ve had ulcerative colitis for 22 years or so. And I’ve noticed for many years especially during the the fall when I get less sunlight exposure is when I have a flare up. But in the spring and summer months I am outside a lot and I feel so good during those months. I have a near infrared light that I use from time to time and does do wonders.

It seems like nature made us perfectly situated around it and we instead of revolving around it,we build these cementic jungle we called structure of modern era. The camp fire ,the working in sun ,getting natural foods seems like living in a dark age era. But finally it is what that is essential for our beings to be in a healthy body and sound mind. Thanks doctor for this insight.
Yes, I recall some very old person telling me once, how that old fashioned notion , getting fresh air and sun each day (maybe 15 minutes twice daily), is very important and keeps you well. Along with walking. That's why many children are more healthy, the ones allowed outside to play. My own Parents insisted we go outside and play before 600pm each day ( we weren't allowed in the house to play before then! I grew up very healthy and my weight was very good. I got flus, but don't now (only because we had shag carpet) .Not to mention the plants, exchanging of the good oxygen, that's good for us too. I believe I will take my melatonin daily now. I work nights, so this is an issue. Bu, Ii also take other calming and beneficial meds too: Rose oil, Saint John Wort, and mag/calcium, vit. D3 and zinc combo. I will work on getting more sun, each day. During warm months, I get a lot because i work in the yard. And I don't want to be political, but keeping people indoors during URI is not a good thing to do.
Agreed. In 2006 I walked for 10 km a day to and from work. Back then it healed all my problems. I thought it was walking but it was the sunlight. No sinusitis, asthma, back pain, neck pain/tingling. Now that I have been working indoors, all those ailments are back.
i found this information about Melatonin a few years ago in my research and I'm so glad I hear you talking about it. I have a few papers written about it and that's it. Doctors normally don't talk about it. Great video and please backup your videos because they do pull them down.

Your videos are right on top along others like David Sinclear PhD specialing in longevity. You both present the subject matter very well. Easy to understand and absorb. I save the videos and refer and forward to friends and family. Thank you for sharing a wealth of information
Dr. Berg I love how all of these comments are about appreciating you and all the work you do to help us get educated for our health. You are so amazing that words are hard to find so just know how absolutely wonderful you are to so so many of us. I watch one of your videos at least once a night if not two or three.I know you have around 4000 so I have a lot to keep me busy 🙂
I have been painfully sunburned more times than I care to remember (I am the fairskinned nordic type) and have an innate fear of the sun. I wish you could touch a bit more on a couple of issues. 1. the effect of sunscreen to the absorbtion of NIR and 2. how getting sun through a window (which prevents the UV) affects NIR. Otherwise thank you so much for your videos. Your advise on not earting/drinking after 18.00 has greatly helped with my nightly urinating!!
Thank goodness for Dr. Berg. I'm a trained behavioral scientist...so I look at root causes for my health. Your videos and your informative easy to understand structure has been life changing for my health and habits. It has also helped me get off of my asthma inhaler. You are making a huge difference with your work. Thank you!

Great video. I recently started taking melatonin and love the outdoors. I also will not live where there are long winters because the lack of sunlight depresses me. Glad you are on top of the new studies related to our health. Thank you !
@kenny c- doc berg isn’t suggesting a melatonin supplement. I’m fact he’s against it. What he’s recommending is activating melatonin through sunlight or NIR infrared light.
Way to give Dr. Seheult well-deserved Kudos - right from the start of the video. I'm so glad I watched it several times before it became private. Thank you both!!! 🥰 I noticed when I sit with my back to my near infrared, red light gizmo for up to 15 minutes, I sleep throughout the night. Wow…thank you, Dr. Berg! This, indeed, makes a lot of sense. So simple, yet so profound. Completely rethinking my protocol now. (I’ve been taking NAC with Glutathione. Perhaps adding or substituting Melatonin would actually be a better option…) **Edit: Just saw your comment below regarding triggering Melatonin production naturally as opposed to supplementing. My gosh, THANK YOU, Dr. Berg. Pure gold!!
@@joanneclark8256 taking supplemental melatonin is completely different from producing or generating melatonin naturally primarily from exposure to sunlight. Spend more time outdoors under the sun to produce natural melatonin.
This is a very interesting discovery and topic. I am very afraid that the sunlight is causing dark spots on my skin. However, upon watching your video it gives me a new perspective on how sunlight affects our mitochondria. I actually learned a lot. Thanks for sharing this information.
Glutathione and ascorbic acid can bleach the skin naturally. Liver spots can occur when the liver isn't functioning optimally. NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine) might help since it boosts glutathione AND it is great for the liver. There is also a B vitamin that helps you to tan better, this might help protect your skin. (Can't remember if it's B-12.)
Such important information. We’ve been told to fear the sun solely because of skin cancer. That probably was well-intentioned, but akin to not seeing the forest for the trees. Thank you for this enlightening video, Dr. Berg!
While there is an increased incidence of certain skin cancers (basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas) with increased sun exposure (which are easier to treat), the risk of melanoma and internal cancers is reduced. Which would you rather suffer from?
The main reason of skin-cancer is the factory-creams/lotion which you put/use on your skin.Even the sun-protectors are very dangerous, do not use it for kids at all.
Thank you Dr. Berg for another great video. I’m amazed at the wealth of information you provide, and what an impact it has made on me. Main stream medicine has failed us in so many ways.

We just started taking melatonin awhile ago to help us sleep! 5mg! It really helped us! I had no idea about this information!! Thank you! I will be passing this information along!!
This makes sense. I was thinking just the other day about how we have an epidemic of nearly everything bad (diabetes, autism, obesity, cancer, ect) compared to 30+ years ago, and one of the things that immediately came to mind was that the average person stays indoors far more often.
Um, about Autism, not sure you can have an epidemic of it like you can with a virus? 30+ years ago we hardly recognised Autism , increased knowledge has brought increased recognition/diagnosis. I do agree folks, especially youth, spend more time indoors and more time socialising/communicating electronically instead of interacting face to face and this can serve to delay/hinder the development of social and communication skills; sometimes mistaken for Autism.
Autism isn't an epidemic. It's a genetic neurological condition. Autistic people have existed for thousands of years, it's only been the last 20 or so years that it's started getting recognised and diagnosed. Please educate yourself. And autism isn't a bad thing.
Yes! Another fresh video from the man! The myth! The legend! Dr Berg! I've been binge watching keto videos and I'm obsessed with my new diet. Great quality content!..........and it's carb and sugar free too! 😁
Such a great informative video.I can attest to this.Ive recently retired and Im now working outside on our farm.I feel so good.I sleep so so much better than I have in years oh and I do OMAD everyday THANKS Dr.BERG
Thanks from Australia, never heard this about infra-red before. Cheers
When to use infra panel? In the morning to start mitochondrias?
Great advice 😁❤️🇬🇧

Agreed. I decided choose to work standing instead of sitting down. I still work from a screen…but at least I don’t sit down anymore most of the day!

Problem is our medical society today try to keep people out of the sun because they say it's bad for you! Sunlight, quality air, good nutrition, proper exercise, and quality sleep is key to the prevention of disease.
What is your opinion on daily use of sunblock? The sun is like the devil when it comes to beauty products…
I hope FDA will not ban the SUN.

Great comment, "they" tell you to stay out of the sun, don't eat fat, don't take NAC, etc.
Not to mention real butter ,eggs and coconut oil 😋
Yes we're being duped for someone else's sake and agendas. You can't tell me that anyone ever actually believed margarine and sugary cereals are good for them ?

Mr Berg, first of all i want to thank you for all the beautiful work you do, i'm Greek and all things mentioned in your video making me realize that the good state of our older generations here ( im talking for those over 90 yo) is mostly related to a strict traditional style of living that follow without hesitance. Back in 2020 march I started taking melatonin and was actively tanning outside while I was eating garlic (which also took care of the social distancing) in various forms. This was in the middle of the first wave when people were in ICUs and dropping like flies. I'm in my mid 50s, overweight and has asthma problems. When I caught the virus in that month, I had very minor symptoms for about 4-5 days and felt strong and healthy while doing those things. People should just listen to science and facts, the problem is too many people are scared into submission by the politicians and so called "experts".

When we were young we used to play outside a lot. And we were happy. But now we r bound to stay indoors and can feel the difference.

This is amazing, helpful info. I quit taking melatonin at night a long time ago & just started with L-Glycine powder
May I ask what's good about L-Glycine ?
Thanks:)
Salt lamps or infrared lamps or camp fires will help if you can’t be outside in the day time.

This is so true. I worked outdoors for more than ten years and during that time my immune system was bullet proof.
Agreed. In 2006 I walked for 10 km a day to and from work. Back then it healed all my problems. I thought it was walking but it was the sunlight. No sinusitis, asthma, back pain, neck pain/tingling. Now that I have been working indoors, all those ailments are back.

@@joanneclark8256 taking supplemental melatonin is completely different from producing or generating melatonin naturally primarily from exposure to sunlight. Spend more time outdoors under the sun to produce natural melatonin.

Glutathione and ascorbic acid can bleach the skin naturally. Liver spots can occur when the liver isn't functioning optimally.
