I just got the x tool D1 Pro for Christmas and having a hard time cutting out a simple shape....it just cuts a straight line..any tips?
Hi! I would def contact the support. It may be an SD card issue. If so you just need a new card. Also, make sure you install all updates for the program. That may fix a lot of issues. There is a sliding knob under the mother board...when updating it need to be on and all other times it need to be off. Check this first...it should be set to OFF when you are using the machine! If it is on when using it the machine will act wonky.
