    3 Minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
    Watch this to get an understanding of each exercise along with the cues to ensure a solid session 💪🏻
    Warm Up-
    30 seconds of each as per video
    Round 1-
    Sumo Squat x 10 vs Hammer Blow x 10
    Round 2-
    Push ups x 5 vs Alternating Lunges x10
    Round 3-
    Skaters x20 vs Supermans x10
    Round 4-
    Power Jack x10 vs Glute Bridge x10
    Finisher
    Repeat each exercise once through
    Ensure to stay hydrated and stretch after you are done!!
