    Love the idea of a snack. I have been practicing this video every day for a week and a half and can see substantial improvements in my ability to balance and to get off the floor without assistance.

    Thank you so much for this simple exercise for balance, this is just what I needed. My friend and I were just talking about improvement in balance as we both have lost a lot of the ability to balance on one leg. This is so helpful

    Tried again today. Did better. Put on shoes today and worked better.
