Thank you, Bird. Going through a tumultuous breakup and can’t motivate myself to do much today, but this helped open up my body and release emotions. I’m hard on myself when I can’t get a workout in and really needed to hear “you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.” ❤ thank you for a healing gentle flow and your kind spirit.
Definitely more of an evening flow; the long holds and forward folds were more conducive to winding down for me. I like more movement first thing in the morning for energizing and waking up. The twists and heart openers were great for a morning flow, though a lot of time was spent laying on the mat, which also doesn’t really help me wake up. Other than that, it is a nice relaxing flow! Namaste 🙏
For you perhaps. But this can definitely be an enjoyable morning class for those who are looking for this style which is many. All morning yoga cant be the same as people need different things to help support them, their bodies and mental health in the morning. Passive postures help with stress and anxiety especially for those worried about work that day ❤️ thank you for joining, im glad you gave it a go. It also states this is a morning stretch. So I recommend maybe checking out my flow style classes. I think youd enjoy those much more.

That was so enjoyable. I've been so stiff and sore and started this program on New Years Day. Today I can see a teeny bit more stretch and feeling of ease in the movements. Amazed that it is taking effect already. Thankyou and Namaste 🙏
