I forgot how much I love your videos. I have bounced around a bit sampling other online instructors. I can follow you without having to look which is important. Hey Bird! Thank you so much for your videos! I was really excited to find out about December challenge. Yoga soothes my mind, especially during dark winter times and quite the anxious last month of the year you-have-to-finish-all-your-goals :) Also, could you please consider uploading videos for this challenge a couple hours earlier? I'm in Europe so now videos appear at 1 pm in my place. I would really love to start it in my morning if possible ✨
I really enjoyed that last pose, on knees with feet tucked and moving slowing up and down. My feet have been really tight and that pose felt great on stretching feet out.
I still struggle somewhat with crossing my knees. I’ve never found anything which helps the tightness I feel. I get to about 45 degrees about the ground 😅
I would love to do this challenge and try to become more flexible. I have to get up really really early for my job and don't usually have the time or energy to do this in the morning. Is it okay to do it when I get home from work or are these more specific to morning yoga?
