    I will introduce a vegetable soup created by Dr. Hiroshi Maeda, a world-renowned authority in anti-cancer research, with a slight adjustment to our family's taste. We have made his soup many times in our videos, but we have changed various ingredients and flavors and created many recipes.     台灣有菜脯,也是蘿蔔乾的一種,只不過是比較粗的條狀或丁狀,用鹽醃漬出水後曬乾,通常會拿來煮雞湯或煎蛋,不知道是不是跟您影片中使用的一樣

    Broccoli cannot cook for too long, all the Vitamin C had gone when it turn yellowish. Other rooted- type veggies can cook longer. But again, those water-soluble vitamins will be cooked away, seems only eating the overcooked fiber.

    蔬菜汤喝两天?还健康?这样的蔬菜汤做好一个小时后就不要喝了。没有新鲜度,谈什么健康?用没有明火的炉子做饭?日式健康。 不敢苟同。
