    Today, we will focus on salt and introduce golden ratio salt recipes that are guaranteed to be delicious while making low-sugar dishes.
    First, the secret to making dishes delicious easily is to adjust the salt to a level that the tongue absolutely finds delicious. Sometimes, the flavor of dishes can become bland and not tasty. In such cases, do you find yourself haphazardly adding various seasonings from your kitchen? However, doing so further dulls the flavor and results in dishes with an unknown identity.
    In fact, when professional chefs cook, they place the most importance on the saltiness of the dish. Why? Because the golden ratio of salt enhances the flavor of the ingredients and is absolutely delicious to people of all ages. It's about subtraction, not addition.
    Moreover, as you become able to taste the flavor of the ingredients, your sense of taste will also be sharpened, and cravings for junk food and sweets will disappear, and overeating will also be cured. As a result, dieting will naturally become easier.

    我有一個疑問:如果蔬菜是先用鹽水煮好放冰箱,幾天內再拿出來吃完,這樣就是隔夜菜了,按照營養師的說法,營養會流失吧?一些維生素會流失?

      如果說營養會流失,那麼生吃放在冰箱裡會更容易損失。
      因為蔬菜會呼吸,釋放自己的營養價值。
      燙過反而不會損失營養,但是維生素C和B群等水溶性維生素會因為燙煮而減少。
      所以請縮短烹飪時間。
