This almost sent me to sleep like no other meditation. I'm gonna use it for study And sleep. Sometimes I struggle with sleep. I am sure it's because of the fact this meditation is very calming and empties the mind from distractions. Amazing !!
ths was amazing! my fist time meditating and i thought it was harder to not get distracted by all the thoughts in my mnd but once youre focused on ur breath everything just floats away it was just WOW chefs kiss!

Not me not realizing the purpose of meditation is to relax your mind not motivate it and I fell asleep🤦♀️ Felt super calm and amazing tho! Highly recommended
Sometimes I just cry, and I wonder why I was chosen to have anxiety. I feel like I have no purpose. I just carry anxiety everywhere with me. I also compare myself to my successful classmates, and that makes me feel more crappy. Anxiety chooses the wrong people.
Just remember you aren’t alone - you can do anything if you put your mind to it, anxiety doesn’t control you and even though it may seem like it does, it doesn’t. I’m in the same boat as you, but you’ve got to remember to keep going.
