    i'll be attempting an exam in 2 yrs time, and to prepare i need extreme focus... until now i had no idea how short my attention span was. hopefully with continual use, ill have the optimum span

    I noticed when he say to focus on breath my mind wanders and different thought or images pop up in my mind and when told to let the mind do whatever i wants my mind don't get thought frequently,why is it so?

      i am not sure but it maybe cuz of our minds tendency to seek distractions, our brains seek distractions while we are trying to focus to release the happy liquids or something, but when you let your mind to wander and seek distraction, it will distract you from doing so by making you focus ? idk i am dumb as shit
