I just finished eating my sprouted mung salad and it was great! It is very colorful and also refreshing. My mung needed more than two days to sprout. I only waited two days but they hadn't sprouted as much as in this video. I was also a little confused about the cooking process but I just steamed/boiled until they seemed done and it was fine. I also doubled the amount of the sauce - very tangy and creamy! Thank you Manjula!

hi ,aunty ,as u told after soking the daal and stain it,,after that u told wrap in mist cotton cloth,and have in dark warma place.i had it 20 hour near to my geasor place becoz it always get warm.. i saw my whole daal had molded. and very bad smell was coming out.why it happened.?

Sprouted moong dal. Cucumber. Tomatoes. Oranges. Chillis. Lemon juice. Oil . Black pepper. Yoghurt. Sugar. Salt. Roasted ground cumin seed. Ginger shredded. Boil sprout+salt 2min+6.
Dressing : lemon juice . Ginger juicer. Oil. Sugar. Salt. Cumin powder. Yogurt.
Tomato. Oranges. Cucumber. Green chilli. Foster.
