    I’ve been experimenting with pate en croutes lately, where do you get the pattern moulds from? Nisbets is so basic

    Half an hour on just how to cut a pastry and filling in a mold..no recipe included ! What a waste of time! And on the top of that ,all of it was filmed from a far distance. Not professional at all

    I mean it's beautiful. I literally did not learn anything. OK beetroot on the pastry then actually making pate ok this is livers and apricots and some other crap. Boring video
