Making Pâté en Croûte is definitely a labor of love, and has become one of Kevin Smith's signatures at Beast & Cleaver, his butcher shop in Seattle, WA. To make a complicated dish even more challenging, Kevin has pioneered a decorating technique that elevates the drama of the beautiful pastry even further than it's usual grandeur. He demonstrates this technique for the first time in full in this video, and helps you put together the components for a beautiful and delicious Pâté en Croûte.

    Half an hour on just how to cut a pastry and filling in a mold..no recipe included ! What a waste of time! And on the top of that ,all of it was filmed from a far distance. Not professional at all

    I mean it's beautiful. I literally did not learn anything. OK beetroot on the pastry then actually making pate ok this is livers and apricots and some other crap. Boring video
