To make a complicated dish even more challenging, Kevin has pioneered a decorating technique that elevates the drama of the beautiful pastry even further than it's usual grandeur. Half an hour on just how to cut a pastry and filling in a mold..no recipe included ! What a waste of time! And on the top of that ,all of it was filmed from a far distance. Not professional at all
