    Now, Timothy's father, her ex-husband, the parent who had legal custody of Timothy, needs to be prosecuted for sending his son to her, against court's orders. She was not supposed to be in custody of this child.

      Is his father the person who had a stroke? Was he capable of caring for Timothy and I wonder if he saw any behaviors of what she was capable of. I pray he didn't save himself while leaving the kids to fend for themselves. When I thought the testimony brought out some unbelievable evidence of what she did, it kept getting worse. RIP Timothy and may the jurors who had to endure seeing things unimaginable get a level of solace in knowing they got justice for him.

      I was a juror in a murder trial but thankfully not one involving the death of a child. That experience was definitely traumatizing and there is a serious lack of resources to help jurors cope with a wide range of intense emotions. Moreover the people who are likely most able to afford to pay for these services themselves tend to be the ones that find a way to be excused from jury service. My heart goes out to this jury and all the others that have to bear witness to such cruelty and vile human behaviour. And of course the biggest victim in all of this is poor Timothy. May he rest in peace.

      Jury got it absolutely right, although justice for Timothy should have required her to be present while the guilty verdicts were read.
      After all, it's easy enough to have her appear by video link, if she can't physically attend.
      The Judge should have been way tougher on that point.

      Also, that older son, the one that did the abuse, not the one that was living outside of the home, he inflicted a great deal of abuse himself, so he deserves to be held accountable whatever it may be even given the deals that he’s made for his testimony. he was mentally deficient, but man did he inflict an obscene amount of abuse onto that child. He had opportunities to let coworkers know, etc outside of his work, so he needs to serve his time to.

    • @60toodles
      @60toodles 5 месяцев назад

      Debate with who? Rubbish. Of course we are animals as the scientific community and our make up prove lol What debate and with whom? I've never heard anyone debate that fact. We come from apes. We’re composed of cells with genetic material, and we move around, seeking energy to feed our bodies, pooping it out again as waste. We look a lot like our fellow primates with our five-digit hands and feet, our thoughtful eyes, and our lean, muscular physiques.We have lungs, a heart, a brain, a nervous system, and all those other features we share with mammals.
      No idea what you mean by there is a debate because no scientist that i've heard of has ever said we're not animals lol

      @CoffeeCrazy 5 месяцев назад

      Let’s not praise the animal kingdom. There are animals that will eat or allow a young one to die if it is deemed not healthy. What makes us different is that w3 are made in the image of God. Our intellect , our spirit should reflect our creator. This woman sawhe4 son has less than human. She was not fit to take care of any5hing much less an animal. I wonder if she had issues with h8m due to his disability?

    • @trixie4010
      @trixie4010 5 месяцев назад +1

      Paul has some problems but he could have saved Timothy. I believe he knew what was going on was wrong, knew Timothy was too thin and that he needed to be fed. All he had to do was call 911 from work and report it but he was too scared of his mother, not that he wasn’t smart enough to do that. I hope he gets the help he needs but he also needs to serve some time.

    • @janmurr8447
      @janmurr8447 5 месяцев назад

      @@trixie4010 I think there is a lot to be revealed about Paul's circumstances. It seems he has some challenges. look at him. He doesn't look well himself. I think he is 20 but he had a hard life. I think more cruelty is to be revealed against Paul and she messed up his life as well. Even when he sent the picture of Timothy he wanted help. He asked for 911 to be called but she controlled that. he had a job but couldn't say anything. When that is the only parent and the children are alienated from other family members, who do they turn to. She home-schooled Timothy so no one could observe him. She was the decision maker and watched every detail of what was happening in that house even when not there at the house videos/motion sensors. It was them against her...I guess it can be said the rest of the family failed all the children she was to be providing for. She obviously hated this child. She was so blinded by hate that she couldn't see/care about all she did to him in ultimately killing him. There are studies that some abused children side with their abusers as a coping mechanism to stay safe from their wrath. This in my opinion is what Paul had to do to save himself. Justice for Timothy happened today. Paul is entrapped in the actions/inactions he endured while watching his brother die.
