    “You would have lost the very thing you wanted to torture.” FINALLY a judge that understands the difference between mental illness and sadism. She’s not mentally ill. She got pleasure from the total control, dominance and power she had over this child. The torture happened in the privacy of her home where she could enjoy it at leisure. Thank you judge for speaking for Timothy.

      That’s the way her type are, in fact narcissists typically operate that way. They want their target/victim under their thumb so they can continue to to get their “ supply “ which is control and power. I had a father like that.

      @KGW_Park 10 месяцев назад +22

      I respect the intent of what the judge said, but I agree more with the officer that interviewed Paul. It was a twisted sense of "discipline" to get a child to "submit" to the parent's authority. Timothy was her "problem child" that was keeping her from her independent career goals. A nuisance of no value, that she deeply resented to the point of senseless torture and death. I think she ultimately would rather have him die and get on with her life, rather than enjoy the torture. She wanted FREEDOM! Paul was the child that willingly complied with her behavior - a "good boy", that craved her acceptance and love.

    • @ShellyCline
      @ShellyCline 10 месяцев назад +103

      @@KGW_Park then you obviously haven't read her texts. This had little or nothing to do with discipline. She DEFINITELY enjoyed what she did to that poor poor child.

      I don't want to start an argument or anything I just want to leave an idea out there and hope it means something to other people but the biggest problem we as a society face is treating children like adults. Whether it's someone trying to date a teenager or a parent abusing them it all comes from a place of being able to convince yourself that the child you're talking to is just as mentally capable as yourself and holding them to that standard. I'm not trying to justify anyone that's abused a child but I do want other people to look inside and think about what they get mad at children for and think about how reasonable it is for a child to know any better.

    This judge is great. I love how he pointed out that one of her texts said "We can't let Timothy win" and then he went on to say, "Timothy won". That hit hard. He's free now from all pain and suffering, and she gets to sit and rot and spend the rest of her life thinking about what she did.

      Yes and sociopathic people always have to WIN. I feel like the judge knows that and that's why he wanted to make that statement and let it ring in her ears for the rest of her life.
      That's something her sick mind can understand, so that she can realize she is totally defeated.
      Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead the wicked witch is dead - as far as her ever hurting anyone again. I hope she doesn't find her a girlfriend or a protector in prison, I hope she's treated mercilessly in there. The timing tells me that it was more that he saw his chance to get rid of both of them when Paul turned 18 and be done with them entirely. I’ll be honest, when he put up the picture of him I teared up and a tear fell down my face. I love this judge. He spoke from his heart and probably liked Timothy more than his own mom and brother.
    RIP Timothy.
