Narcissists always involve the other children in the abuse/torture of the scapegoat. This is the case in every family I've ever seen where there is a controlling, abusive narcissist (and not even where the abuse was this extreme).
He was probably honestly relieved at the end. He faced so much pain and fear that closing his eyes the last time probably felt peaceful. I hope at least.

The surest way to get an appeal. Panic attacks are a real phycological condition and if she is refused the care based on how you feel about it shows bias and a lack of care to be competent to stand trial.. Not wise.

Hearing this makes me wish this state had capital punishment even if only so that she would have the fear of death for what she has done. That said we have to remember that it is best people like this have a good defense not only because sometimes innocent people are accused, but because you want to ensure a convicted defendant can not make a claim that they had ineffective counsel and drag everyone back into court. I cannot imagine she will get less than a life sentence; so I want her to have a great defense and no hope whatsoever of appeal. I feel sorry for the lawyer tbh; but he is actually performing a service that allows for her to spend the rest of her life in prison. I am sure he knows this too.

Often if you go to trial it can be annoying for the prosecutor so they will offer another plea to avoid the trial. Typically it's a better plea than the one you are offered prior to trial

My cats are very particular with their food. Some days I open a can of food and they do not touched. They also eat dry food. Many times I wanted to not buy the can food, but I have no courage. They will eat one day, then maybe none in the next. Food flavor is kind of difficult to figured out with both of my cats. But like I said, because I do get bored with my food, maybe my cats do as well. I could not denied food for a kid, ever.

In another video from court her lawyer mentioned -more or less- thar Evil Woman had custody when Tim was younger....and after divorce from 1st husband, Evil Woman did NOT have custody. Not until her ex illegally/not through the proper system sent Tim back to her. I really wish it was asked why she was not allowed custody after the divorce. That is usually a telling issue. EVIL.
This could be the reason she did not seek custody, nor apply for disability benefits or take him to a doctor for prescriptions. She never loved him or did anything to nourish his development and growth. There was no enrollment in school. I contend that any prying eyes on her son would have saved him and prevented his death. Her efforts of withholding food led to his being weak, skin and bones appearance, and desperate attempts to get food. The refrigerator was locked, but he somehow got and ate frozen, uncooked food. She may not have locked the freezer. If that food was all I had, like my sister after a power outage lasting days, I would’ve eaten frozen food. If I am not allowed warm baths, I might turn off the water heater. I might rise before my brother and look for food. Thus she used restraints, zip ties, motion detectors ( which are useless unless they are alarmed.) She certainly takes advantage of precise legalese-type definitions. He was thin because HE refused food. Maybe it’s because she special-ordered hot sauce from Jamaica? That’s because he liked hot sauce ( she tried it!) Nooo, SHE has a weak stomach. On bread? When she has brownies? She bears a strong resemblance to a nurse in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
The entire purpose of DCS is “family reunification”-and it often flies in the face of what is actually best for the abused and/or neglected children. This is NOT the fault of DCS workers. It **is** the fault of the broken system designed to protect parents and caregivers. Children have absolutely NO RIGHTS in this country. I know because I am a foster parent. The nightmares that children are forced to endure and endure and endure again because the system ***requires*** that family reunification is valued over the safety of the children is appalling and it is common. Kids who have been in DCS custody multiple times before they’re even 3 years old but continually returned to their abusers is not uncommon. If this maniac had not actually murdered her child and DCS took him into custody, it is likely she would eventually have gotten him back in her care, because the system is designed to protect her rights as a parent and not the child. The child has no rights. None. Google it.

As someone who has managed an anxiety disorders clinic that is definitely NOT a panic attack. She is just crying for herself. There is no extreme hyperventilation going on.
@@shoosh222 Yes, that is usually actually what brings on the physical symptoms where people feel they are going to have a heart attack Most people will start breathing faster than usual to a point where they feel they can't breathe. In treatment, in CBT treatment, you need to first taper off the benzos - you are taught that the feeling of panic will rise to its peak and then fall again. The thing is also to take control of breathing - so if you are rapidly breathing you need to learn how to bring it down. Close your eyes or drop them and focus on breathing counting in your head a slow 1,2,3 while breathing in and the same on breathing out. It takes a little practice but the key thing is it is the over breathing that starts making you feel what you feel in a panic attack. Does that help?

It is trials like this where every kid who has been abused has an epiphany. Where they say it was not just me, it was not my fault, there are truly evil parents out there. In the span of just a couple of months two trials where the abuse was almost identical kids being locked into small rooms with cameras. THIS IS NOT PARENTING.

the day he died...they both left him in a cold tub with ice from about 2pm (by brother, who left for work when mom got home at 6pm or so) until after 11pm that day.... this teen was austic, nonverbal, and unable to physically move - which I'm sure starvation and abuse worsened. Imagine being forced to stand in extremely uncomfortable poses for many, many hours each day (the "chair"), and to remain in extremely uncomfortable positions in a cold tub (wouldn't allow him to rest his head on the side or even his shoulder), and the fear imbedded that if you move - you are being watched at all times and will be further punished. The mother even tried to get her son to put hot sauce (not a common table one, super hot uncommon one) onto his genitals. It is worse than even starvation... my understanding is starvation, in addition to what you said on the inside (including leading to organ failure), also causes extreme soreness and pains in your muscles (as they "eat away") and at the bones... so that combined with torture posiitions for hours on end... imagine the physical aches and pains? Unbearable torture! No one is pointing that out because it is not obvious for some. The constant anxiety and terror, combined with internal pain and anguish, and external pain and aches...
Starved, tortured, isolated her child. Fed him hot sauce? I can't say how she feels. I've never tortured anything. No idea if a panic attack is normal.

Hearing this makes me wish this state had capital punishment even if only so that she would have the fear of death for what she has done. That said we have to remember that it is best people like this have a good defense not only because sometimes innocent people are accused, but because you want to ensure a convicted defendant can not make a claim that they had ineffective counsel and drag everyone back into court. I cannot imagine she will get less than a life sentence; so I want her to have a great defense and no hope whatsoever of appeal. I feel sorry for the lawyer tbh; but he is actually performing a service that allows for her to spend the rest of her life in prison. I am sure he knows this too.

Often if you go to trial it can be annoying for the prosecutor so they will offer another plea to avoid the trial. Typically it's a better plea than the one you are offered prior to trial

My cats are very particular with their food. Some days I open a can of food and they do not touched. They also eat dry food. Many times I wanted to not buy the can food, but I have no courage. They will eat one day, then maybe none in the next. Food flavor is kind of difficult to figured out with both of my cats. But like I said, because I do get bored with my food, maybe my cats do as well. I could not denied food for a kid, ever.

In another video from court her lawyer mentioned -more or less- thar Evil Woman had custody when Tim was younger....and after divorce from 1st husband, Evil Woman did NOT have custody. Not until her ex illegally/not through the proper system sent Tim back to her. I really wish it was asked why she was not allowed custody after the divorce. That is usually a telling issue. EVIL.

This could be the reason she did not seek custody, nor apply for disability benefits or take him to a doctor for prescriptions. She never loved him or did anything to nourish his development and growth. There was no enrollment in school. I contend that any prying eyes on her son would have saved him and prevented his death. Her efforts of withholding food led to his being weak, skin and bones appearance, and desperate attempts to get food. The refrigerator was locked, but he somehow got and ate frozen, uncooked food. She may not have locked the freezer. If that food was all I had, like my sister after a power outage lasting days, I would’ve eaten frozen food. If I am not allowed warm baths, I might turn off the water heater. I might rise before my brother and look for food. Thus she used restraints, zip ties, motion detectors ( which are useless unless they are alarmed.) She certainly takes advantage of precise legalese-type definitions. He was thin because HE refused food. Maybe it’s because she special-ordered hot sauce from Jamaica? That’s because he liked hot sauce ( she tried it!) Nooo, SHE has a weak stomach. On bread? When she has brownies? She bears a strong resemblance to a nurse in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”
The entire purpose of DCS is “family reunification”-and it often flies in the face of what is actually best for the abused and/or neglected children. This is NOT the fault of DCS workers. It **is** the fault of the broken system designed to protect parents and caregivers. Children have absolutely NO RIGHTS in this country. I know because I am a foster parent. The nightmares that children are forced to endure and endure and endure again because the system ***requires*** that family reunification is valued over the safety of the children is appalling and it is common. Kids who have been in DCS custody multiple times before they’re even 3 years old but continually returned to their abusers is not uncommon. If this maniac had not actually murdered her child and DCS took him into custody, it is likely she would eventually have gotten him back in her care, because the system is designed to protect her rights as a parent and not the child. The child has no rights. None. Google it.

@@shoosh222 Yes, that is usually actually what brings on the physical symptoms where people feel they are going to have a heart attack Most people will start breathing faster than usual to a point where they feel they can't breathe. In treatment, in CBT treatment, you need to first taper off the benzos - you are taught that the feeling of panic will rise to its peak and then fall again. The thing is also to take control of breathing - so if you are rapidly breathing you need to learn how to bring it down. Close your eyes or drop them and focus on breathing counting in your head a slow 1,2,3 while breathing in and the same on breathing out. It takes a little practice but the key thing is it is the over breathing that starts making you feel what you feel in a panic attack. Does that help?

This is one of the most horrible cases I've heard and I've watched a lot in my life. Hell on earth in the house, such torments we dare not imagine
Bet those "panic attacks" are just her realising how monumentally screwed she is.
It is trials like this where every kid who has been abused has an epiphany. Where they say it was not just me, it was not my fault, there are truly evil parents out there. In the span of just a couple of months two trials where the abuse was almost identical kids being locked into small rooms with cameras.
THIS IS NOT PARENTING.
This is not even being "human". Animals don't even treat their offspring this horrifically.

You can tell by the things she was saying in her text messages to her son she was getting a thrill out of the things she was making her son do to him
They seemed to have a very enmesched relationship causing emotional incest, which is abuse, but Paul had opportunities to get help & chose not to, because I think he enjoyed control over his younger brother - especially because their mom was so hateful & emotionally distant. I grew up in abuse & parental enmeschment, but never treated my siblings this way - if anything I overcared & thought I had to be the Mom. Paul just reminds me of a Nazi running a concentration camp- "Well, I just followed Hitler's orders" He should have gotten a murder conviction
It was crazy to hear the Paul say that Timothy "looks like he is resisting" when they found Timothy dead in the closet.....

Pure disgust! I cannot mentally imagine laying there all alone, in your mothers & older brothers home who are supposed to love & protect you, just left you lay there to die, being all alone with no-one caring to help or save you at all, physically starving for any bite of food, there is nothing worse in this world than hunger pains because they never go away!

the day he died...they both left him in a cold tub with ice from about 2pm (by brother, who left for work when mom got home at 6pm or so) until after 11pm that day.... this teen was austic, nonverbal, and unable to physically move - which I'm sure starvation and abuse worsened. Imagine being forced to stand in extremely uncomfortable poses for many, many hours each day (the "chair"), and to remain in extremely uncomfortable positions in a cold tub (wouldn't allow him to rest his head on the side or even his shoulder), and the fear imbedded that if you move - you are being watched at all times and will be further punished. The mother even tried to get her son to put hot sauce (not a common table one, super hot uncommon one) onto his genitals. It is worse than even starvation... my understanding is starvation, in addition to what you said on the inside (including leading to organ failure), also causes extreme soreness and pains in your muscles (as they "eat away") and at the bones... so that combined with torture posiitions for hours on end... imagine the physical aches and pains? Unbearable torture! No one is pointing that out because it is not obvious for some. The constant anxiety and terror, combined with internal pain and anguish, and external pain and aches...
Never denie anyone food! Even a child! If you dont want them eating junk or sweets, dont bring them into the home.
Starved, tortured, isolated her child. Fed him hot sauce? I can't say how she feels. I've never tortured anything. No idea if a panic attack is normal.

I suffer from panic/anxiety attacks regularly. I don't ever look that calm and breathe that easily when mine are happening and I didn't kill anyone.
I deal with panic disorder and I call her a fraud
@@carolannpacificadam1944 I know, right? My limbic system is typically on fire when i'm in the middle of an attack. She's not showing any signs of it. It looks like she's just trying to stall.
Plus her medication for them is quick and easy to take and get on with it

When I have a panic attack I can't sit still and feel like I want to crawl out of my skin.

Having a panic attack is another control mechanism. My heart goes out to this poor little boy & it must be awful for the police & professionals involved.
Oh bless her heart. Didn’t I hear her say that her dying son shouldn’t shift in the bathtub to find a comfortable position? Yes, I definitely heard that. Now she is having a panic attack. She should be having a panic attack because she is going down.
Her “panic attack” was her panic/extreme humiliation at being exposed as the monster she is.
Listen to her - She has PTSD - She pulled every victim card known to mankind. For her son - it was all made up. He was just faking his symptoms -

Not the first time I've seen a criminal do this in court. Sooner or later the judge may tire of it. Maybe not.
i have been tortured a couple of time. once during nearly a week of hanging by my hand, i couldnt even feel my hands anymore. They wher eup so long, and it was in a cold enviroment, naked.
A lot of torture. To imagine that he experienced that for 6 months to years. by his mother even. unbelievable cruel.
Her talking about panic attacks... i can tell. when tortured, everybody gets a panic attack at some point.
its a physical reaction, as well as mental. in my case they didnt care. Let me tell you. The people around you not caring, while youre being tortured and having a paninc attack, That is the worst. That coldness, that feeling of not being allowed the humanity. that is so extreme. it unlocked a feeling of true fear. existential fear. shock and disbelieve that people can do this to me, to him. what happened to him is much worse in a sense. in my case i was also abused for decades, as a kid and even early adulthood, although that ashames me so much i couldnt bare to tell the police much about that..

Yes! He should not be facing charges, they should add more to Shandra so she can be charged for the abuse of this second son.
She treats her kids like her employees. All she does is bark orders at them all. She needs to meet someone like me.
