  • A jury has found New Jersey father Christopher Gregor guilty of aggravated manslaughter and child endangerment in the death of his 6-year-old son, who was forced to do abusive treadmill workouts. The victim's grandfather, Vito Micciolo, joins NewsNation's Brian Entin with his reaction to the verdict: "At the end of the day, my grandson is gone, and we can't bring him back. This guy is a monster. We fought DCP for years, and they didn't want to believe us. ... up to the end."

CG made sure to smear Breanna's name to anyone who would listen. It is soo hard to stand up against a narcissist smear campaign, especially when his well-connected father backed up his claims. Money talks, sadly. I had a hell of a time in custody court with my abusive narc ex, who made four times the amount of money I did. In the courts eyes, Breanna's struggles were more of a risk and danger than her claims of abuse. I'm sure they made her out to sound crazy and delusional, as people like them do. It's a power and control thing. CG never wanted to be a father, but he loved having a way to control Breanna, in my opinion. This should have never happened and these agencies and courts need to be held accountable. Before it happens to another child.

It is still murder, just not classified as murder because they think the state did not prove intent. But they still found him guilty.
Aggravated manslaughter means that he killed Corey and because he turned down the plea deal of 30 years, they have to extend beyond that and he could get 55 years. The child endangerment is as much as 30 years also.

He won’t last very long in prison with real men … maybe he will learn what it’s like to be Victim himself now !!
It breaks my heart that nobody believed a little boy who was being bullied. Something needs to be changed. He’s been let down again by a system that doesn’t work.
Time now to focus on DCP and sue them for negligence … you can’t get away from the fact that there were 100 reports about abuse that were ignored. That is absolutely outrageous.
Can you imagine how Corey felt that nobody believed him because Christopher‘s father was in a high standing role when he was working? That’s even more disgusting … it means that Christopher’s own parents were hiding the fact that their son was abusing their grandchild!!

CPS FAILED THIS FAMILY & CHILD!! The things that were kept out of this trial was horrific. This guy is a monster. She tried to get an emergency order at last minute despite doctors seeing issues & ordering abuse exam.
The mother was R*ped by him (adult) when she was an underage teenager & she got pregnant, refused to abort... & only after 5 yrs when she filed for state benefits, they let this guy know he had to provide for his kid, & if he was going to pay, he apparently had a right to get time w/ the kid... his parents pressured him to get visitation but he didn't want to deal with a kid; hence, why he never was involved prior! Mom says she wished she had never told them she knew the fathers name- she didn't know they would inform him or have to involved him, & regrets EVER filing for help. That's so horrible- I have my own fam members in the same situation, they don't want to give up custody to horrible men, so struggle MORE as single mom... & kid is one screwed in the end.
This pathological sociopath had a BAD reputation & record of these attacks on women & violence towards others.
Coreys Mom has a great video online abt her TRUE story, overview of problems w/ CPS, & fight to get his death certificate changed to homicide instead of unexplained. I'm glad she finally saw her day in court though. This is a widespread problem!! Her vid is on YT & alongside another mom that experienced negligence of cps even in glaring red flags & request for emergency order to keep son away, that would have helped their kids stay alive- (or, at least another day, bc wouldn't have died one the one they did).
Coreys Mom, Bre's vid on YT: search for "justice for Corey" & should come up- Bre Micciolo.
He's a HEINOUS MONSTER REPROBATE DISGUSTING DEVIANT PSYCHOTIC PUNK.

No what he thought, like any narcissistic/sociopath, he did not think he would get caught. He never thought anyone would get ahold of the vid, I mean hes also pretty stupid. Here he is being accused of these things, knows there might finally be an investigation and he ramps up his anger on Corey. That is arrogance, stupidity and lack of care. I can tell you exactly what happened. As soon as Corey walked in, chris was on him. What did you tell them? Knocking him around, till the blow that made the boy both defcate and throw up. That would be the time he probably said daddy im tired and went to sleep to slowly die, While daddy cheated on his girlfriend, with 2 other woman on his phone, his son was dying all day. I hope they make him keep that picture of him and his dying son, beside him on the couch, beside his cell bed the rest of his days. And if i was a juror, i would be livid so much of this extra evidence of long time abuse, was not brought into trial. That bite mark on his forehead alone. You can clearly see teeth marks. How many other times did he bite him, in places not so easy to see? ITs beyond sick. I bet they are kicking themselves right now. The jury only saw what was recent abuse, They had to base off that. I would be upset with the prosecution, for not showing all those pictures and dates of long time abuse. I cant wait till one of those jurors speaks up and lets everyone know how angry they are, they did not get the full picture. I hope the family goes after all the people who killed this boy. The judge and all the social workers need to be fired, and some serious retraining done. Take them to the cleaners. Bankrupt every one of them. What made me angry too was seeing his father holding up the grieving family to call out i love you to his son. We know where Chris got it from. Mom did not look like she was bothered at all. She knew what her son was. You can tell they are not a happy couple either, they kept their distance from each other and even had and argument the one day. The father forced Chris to take responsibility for the child he never wanted. The father took over dad role and Chris did not like his father having control, and that's why he moved on his own. So no one could see how he really felt, and he had complete control. I hope he gets the max sentence. Im sure the judge knows more than the jury did. RIP little angel named Corey. Wishing the family strength and love for the says ahead and will be behind, you as you hold accountable everyone who was responsible.

Well the guys in prison will give Cory some justice. This man is sick, his father represents why.h . I've been saying it for a while, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Chris learned from his dad how to behave. I'm sure Chris's dad had some mighty hard corporal punishment against his kids growing up. That poor child to have endured such pain. I can tell you from an RN's point of view, in working with children for over 35 years in ICU, those last injuries that killed him were very painful. I'm just glad to believe that Jesus held out his arms to him in the final moments of his life.
