    So good! A longer version of this for the days we have time would be amazing! Either a 15 minute version that goes deeper into the stretches, or even a full-length 30 minute stretch and strenghtening for posture.... Sincerely miss hunchback of notre dame :)

    I have been doing this and the 7 essentials video almost everyday for a few months! I just want to say thanks for these. I broke my shoulder years ago and haven't been able to put my arm behind my back until now. I can FINALLY lock my hands together and LIFT UP! Huge transition for me! Thanks soooo much?❤

    This was DO damn amazing, Maddi! You have made such a huge difference in my life since the vegan channel many years back.     OMG guyyss!! I see a clear change after just 1 week!! My arms are no longer awkward. It's just 7 mins a day and the stretches are so easy to do. It helped me a lot...Thankuuu madiee❤❤

    Hi Maddy thank you so much for this wonderful routine.
    Unfortunately everybody is doing stretching routines for people who sit all day. I work in the hospital and i stand all day for more than 10 hours. I sit down only for 10 min. Everything hurts after a long day and i would love a 15 min stretch for people like me.... for example also people who work in hospitality. Nobody ever thinks of us. Please make my wish come true.

    Really cool stretching exercises if you are able to do them😅 I am still fat and unflexible that these are like doing gymnastics for me. But my goal is to be fit by end of the summer, so I can do stuff like this. I am so serious that I even got personal trainer and personalized meal plans from Next Level Diet.

    Hi Maddie! It’s day 7 of this for me and I am starting to see and feel a difference! I’m planning on doing this for 2 months everyday and then decide if I will keep going, and so far it looks like I definitely will want to keep doing this, thank you Maddie for all your effort ❤😀

      @@maryam2512_of coarse - I kept doing it after the 2 months and I have been doing it for around 5 months now I think! Definelty seeing a massive difference this really does work. Very relaxing to do in the morning

    This was a great stretch- I’m looking forward to more workouts!! The only thing I might add is that I think the shoulder rotations should come before the arm behind then back stretch. My shoulders and neck felt a bit tight after I did that last stretch! ( but I did the behind the back stretch again and it took the tension out!) thank you for your videos

    Holy moly I do a bunch of exercises from madfit because I’m a 12 year old trying to lose weight because I’m quite chubby I do 7 videos ranging from 15-5 minutes and I have a playlist of them. I’ve been trying to lose weight because I’ve started not fitting kids clothes and this has really helped me. Exercise used to feel like a chore but this gives me quite a bit of motivation although I can’t do it in the mornings most of the time I look forward to it so thank you a lot for helping me use weight mad fit your videos are killer!😃

    Thanks for this video Maddie. I had lower back pain months back, this stretch helped fixed it and ample rest. Recently I did push up with bad posture and poor sleeping posture caused my shoulder and neck pain. This stretch exercise helped fix it too. it's so well designed! thank you Maddie!

    I suffer from costochondritis (chronic rib inflammation) and doing this everyday has been so wonderful so that I’m able to workout but still get that release. Thank you Maddie for having a video for literally EVERYONE 🥰

    One of the best stretching routines I've seen for people with the tendency to hunch or curl over! This helped open me up. I could benefit from doing this twice through or a couple of times a week! Thanks!!

    I was so excited to do this stretch after completing 30 min Pilates, but it ended tragically because my knee cap came out of place during the cobra and Childs pose 😭. Thank goodness it snapped right back after stretching the leg on reflex but that was so scary! I’m now dealing with the pain from the impact but will be getting some knee supports. Be careful peeps

    It's my 1'st time to do this kind of stretching especially with bended knees 😅 It feels relaxing for my knees caused my usual work out is more in upper body😅 sometimes, my knees are not in good condition when i work out 😐😶 BTW, thanks Maddie for this video 😊😉
