This is the type of content I wouldn't mind spending my money on, but the fact that it's just here and free, makes me appreciate your content even more. You've earned yourself a new fan and a new sub!!
Maybe I’m writing it late but do you know they wrote a book? I read it and I think it’s amazing. Also it’s ebook, it’s updated all the time and you have easy access to videos
One additional thing i think is worth mentioning is that a wing or airfoil may have a different shaped wingtip compared to the root so if you are doing more accurate models it can be worth trying to find the NACA number for the airfoil and model after that
You can either merge any primitive with Alt+M (soon to be just M) in Edit Mode, but there's an add-on that you can enable in Preferences called Extra Mesh objects (or something) that adds the single vertex to the Create menu. That's what I use.
No, it is a standard part of Blender. Are you in Edit Mode, is everything selected? search for "bridge". You can also try the Edge menu from the interface.
You can either merge any primitive mesh to a single vertex in Edit Mode (press M and choose collapse) or add the Extra Objects add-on in Preferences to add the Single vertex option to your Add menu.

Haha... made a aircraft this weekend... extruded a box and used a sub-surface modifier... never thought of bridging edge loops... always great tips!
Whatever works!
I love your tips, I learned so much. Please never stop pumping them out.
I will try!
He stopped 😔
This is way easier than starting with a cube or cylinder. Great tutorial!

This channel deserve much more subs...
Tell a friend :-)
Very handy! This makes blender look like a cad program haha
For another episode you could show how to make corrugated pipes on a curve?
Good idea!
Here you go: ruclips.net/video/J-QHYBj07fU/видео.html
I would probably spend some day with "F" pressing, making faces between edge loops
That's another possibility, if you are charged by the hour ;-)
@@BlenderSecrets , haha yeah.... But, since i am just hobbyist, wasting time like that is not welcome 😃
I like your tips and trick , thankyou to help us make all things easier
Thanks!

Great video, thanks. What is the recommended way to create a single vertex?
You can either merge any primitive with Alt+M (soon to be just M) in Edit Mode, but there's an add-on that you can enable in Preferences called Extra Mesh objects (or something) that adds the single vertex to the Create menu. That's what I use.
@@BlenderSecrets ah - thanks!

I know this is an old short tutorial now but : How can you close with a good topo the end of the wing ?
Ctrl + 2 to add Subd modifier
Hello sir, can you tell us in detail how to create the single vertex
Make a plane > edit mode > press M > merge at the center.
Or you can just add it by enable extra object add on.
@@itsblkworld ah ok thank you, let my try that rn
