It may look fine but it could’ve been extremely damaged or have lots of hairloss I have 3b thick curly hair naturally dark brown. I had it blonde for almost three years. It looked healthy and still rlly thick but it was so damaged. There’s more to what meets the eye babe. You just gotta think about it.

Guys you do NOT have to get your hair trimmed this often! Learn about your own hair and make an educated decision as to when is a good time for a trim. Especially if you’re trying to grow your hair out.
Aye! 👍🏻👍🏻 Trim only when you NEED TO! For me, that’s about a 1/2 inch every 7-9 months. Occasionally using Olaplex, and ALWAYS applying some oil to the ends helps seal the cuticle & go longer in between trims. 💇🏼♀️💞
@marinaiv3039 Depends really on your hair type. Also if it's bleached,or coloured...mine said it's enough 1-2 times/year. I can see and feel on the ends when I need haircut. I'm sure you can see and feel too. If you want to grow your hair trimming every 2 months is much. Basically what grew out will be cut off. I use hair oils and I think it's the main reason my hair grew healthy and without having to trim often.
Ah... sometimes. Some people are honest, but not many. Anytime there's money involved "professionals" aren't always going to tell you everything if it's making them money.
I don’t think that’s true in family my moms hair is very thin and my dad is half bald 😂 but me and my 2 siblings have good hair 😃 it can be true but I don’t think so it always the case
Your hair are the most fragile when they are wet because depending on how porous they are they can absorb the water, which makes them elastic and prone to breakage. Trimming doesn't make your hair grow faster since they grow from your scalp, and not from the ends.
I detangle my hair before hair wash and after wash, when my hair are 50% dry i take very wide comb and start to comb hair from ends and it works really well, less breakage and detangled hair. I have pretty long hair so they tangle really soon and this technique works for me.
Trimming just cuts off the split ends, and that means they won’t split up the length of the hair and cause the strands to break. Everyone knows trimming doesn’t help your hair to grow, but it helps keep your hair long.
As someone who actually naturally has thick hair that is difficult to manage, here are my tips. First of all, I wash my hair every 3-4 days and I shampoo my scalp twice. Then, I go in with a conditioner but I leave that in my hair for a minute or two. However, if I’m shaving, this is the point where I’ll shave so that I can let the conditioner sit in my hair and deeply moisturize it. Finally, wash it off, clip up the hair, and wash my body. I usually do a cold shower for like 1-3 minutes so that it also rinses my hair and closes the hair follicle. I only ever blow dry my hair for special events or if I’m diffusing bc I have wavy hair, and that’s usually only less than 2-3 times a month. I usually use a brush to define my waves and scrunch in some curl cream into the ends of it. I use a towel to scrunch out excess water and stuff and I use a claw clip on the top of my head so I can get volume so my hair doesn’t lay flat. Regarding the video, this is such a scam like I’m not trying to be rude or anything but this is so fake. The actual tips in this video isn’t that bad and again, everyone’s hair type is different. People wash their face everyday from the fear of dirt and oil causing acne. But the trend now is to add more oil to the scalp but it already has natural oil. The scalp can get its own type of acne that can actually cause irritation and hair loss.
Although some of these methods may be good, the whole washing your hairdryer every three days may not be good for some hair types or specific conditions. On top of that if you suffer from hair loss or thinning it is good to go get your horomones checked. Also brush hair from ends to roots to prevent pulling.
Silk pillowcase let your hair glide over it, where as a cotton pillowcase will suck all the oils from your hair and make it dry and possibly frizzy the microfiber towel is because it’s a soft towel, then a regular one so it’s gentler on your hair, but it really has no use cause if you’re just gently ringing your hair outthen you can use your regular towel😊😊😊
Step 1: be genetically blessed. Yeah us oily scalp people can’t do this. I need to wash my hair again already the day after I washed it, a hair mask that close to the roots (and even just on the mids and ends) would weigh my hair down and make it even more flat and oily, and scalp massages just increase my oil production like 10X. My scalp produces so much oil that America would invade me for it. (And no, I tried the whole ‘avoid washing your hair for a few days at a time for a few months cause that’ll stop your genetically overactive oil glands from producing too much oil’ thing, and that doesn’t work if you’re just naturally a heavy scalp oil producer.)
I wash my hair twice a day. Upon waking up, before bedtime. Sometimes up to 4 times a day if necessary (heavy cooking, deep cleaning, humidity, exercise. My derm said it’s totally fine, and gave me a cleansing cream in place of the regular shampoos and anti oily/acid deep cleaning shampoos that are for 2-3 times a week. My hair is so much fuller and healthier now that i dont have that mentality of ‘training’my scalp . Bacteria just sits around !

I have oily scalp and dry ends. For my scalp helped a lot deep cleansing shampoo, when I oil my hair after I use redken cream shampoo to make sure all the oil will be removed. Since I use rosemary scalp toner or shampoo for oily scalp my hair is fresh longer and I wash my hair 1/week. I don't say this works for everyone, but a good shampoo specially made for your scalp helps a lot.

I've been using the redken volume injection set before Christmas and my bottles are still half full, same with the kérastase Elixir oil, lasts over 1.5 year. Of course you can look into more affordable products as well. If I use a hair dryer I use a heat protection gel(Redken BigBlowout, more affordable is syoss keratin heat, elvive dream lengths, but this is more heavy,so not that good for fine hair).I also use rosemary essential oil or mixed with my shampoo or diluted with jojoba, argan, castor oil...(it's enough 1 oil as well) two tablespoons of your carrier oil with two to three drops of rosemary oil. Apply the mixture to the scalp and “leave on for an hour before washing. You can ask any questions you want and I help if I can.
I don’t know what highlights means in your sentence but my mom told me too that silk pillowcases do help for your hair. She switches her pillowcases and it made a difference! She got the tips from a hair salon. Think about it, on silk - your hair will just “glide of”. On cotton - it will get rubbed more when you move trough the night. I’m a typical person who should get silk pillowcases cause I always look like I’ve been having a wild night every morning 😂 (cause I move so much while sleeping).
@@Nessiiiish yeah basically. a silk pillowcase wont cause friction on your ends and i guess cause less breakage and i think they ment highlights as in bleached strands of hair for more dimension in the haircolour (the joke being that bleach is literally the worst thing to add to your hair)
@@Nessiiiish Camilla basically said "you sleep on a silk pillow case, yet you bleach your hair". Meaning bleaching your hair will influence quality of her hair way more. But I think she doesn't need to give up her color and she uses a hair mask.
@@makinka0cp yeah there is nothing wrong with bleaching your hair, but insisting you shouldn’t use normal pillows or hair ties, and only use silk scrunchies and pillowcases to prevent damage while bleaching you hair is ironic.

@@katherineklevenow1808 i mean everybody is different so you could have results but honestly the money and time are a reason for me to stop doing all that... i think i'll continue the scalp massages tho (0$ and 4 minutes for good bloodflow in your hairline sounds reasonable)
@@fatasscartman Honestly, do the scalp massages, that will help stimulate the follicles to grow. This chic is extra and most of us have a lot of things to do and don't have time to focus on what she's doing.
Rosemary oil has studies behind it. It just takes a long time to kick in and you need to be consistent
Amen! 69 yo. Thanks to you, Abbey Jung and The Blowout Professor, I have the healthiest hair of my life. Long, layered and I get complements from strangers! ❤️
This is gold!!!✨
People wash their face everyday from the fear of dirt and oil causing acne. But the trend now is to add more oil to the scalp but it already has natural oil. The scalp can get its own type of acne that can actually cause irritation and hair loss.
This video is extremely helpful. Thank you very much. 🩶
9:28 😂😂 love that lady useful info
Although some of these methods may be good, the whole washing your hairdryer every three days may not be good for some hair types or specific conditions. On top of that if you suffer from hair loss or thinning it is good to go get your horomones checked. Also brush hair from ends to roots to prevent pulling.
Don't underestimate silk pillowcase and microfiber towel 😉
Silk pillowcase let your hair glide over it, where as a cotton pillowcase will suck all the oils from your hair and make it dry and possibly frizzy the microfiber towel is because it’s a soft towel, then a regular one so it’s gentler on your hair, but it really has no use cause if you’re just gently ringing your hair outthen you can use your regular towel😊😊😊
Bamboo is better for pillowcase a 3rd of the price and breathable unlike silk much easier to wash and never loses its new look. ❤
@@valentinav5275 my hair is really thick and long but my hair gets oily real fast. Do I need to go to some doctor to check my hair? Bc after I washed it maybe 10 hours after my hair is oily on the scalp again
@@klementinaofficial can we buy these products online? If yes, can you share the link with us?
@@Inkymarkergg I don't have links, but I will write the product names so you can search it.
The Aromatica Rosemary Root Enhancer(I had a bald spot and this scalp toner made my hair grow, it takes some time of course).
You can use multiple times/week,but me specifically I use it after I washed my hair 2x with redken volume injection shampoo, then I sprat this toner and massage it into my scalp for about 2-3 minutes,on my hair length I use the redken volume injection conditioner and I take a shower until this products are in my hair. When I'm done I rinse my hair,I spray some leave in conditioner(redken 25 one United)and some oil,I use now kérastase Elixir oil or KUNDAL Macadamia Ultra Hair Serum
My deep cleansing shampoo is the Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Shampoo 250 ml.
I know this products are expensive, but this lasts for so so long.
You just did 80% of what I do in every day basic. Good job queen
The color is amazng!! ❤❤
Great advice 💯
THESE ARE EXTENSIONS 🎉😂100%
Wow, I get it how did u know??
This was wholesome with including diet
You don’t need to get your hair trimmed every 3 months if the ends aren’t damaged.
Now this is self care
Omegas also help - nuts eggs etc
okay but how is it more damaging to sleep on a normal pillow case then to get highlights? girl make it make sense
@@Nessiiiish yeah basically. a silk pillowcase wont cause friction on your ends and i guess cause less breakage
and i think they ment highlights as in bleached strands of hair for more dimension in the haircolour (the joke being that bleach is literally the worst thing to add to your hair)
Girl but it helps 😑
Trimming only takes around the damage, and prevents it from spreading. If your ends aren’t damaged significantly, don’t get a trim
For those who didn't understand in that picture, her hair in scalp was damaged she showed the change with the image.
Absolutely i absolutely agree 100% ❤❤❤❤
Your hair is so amazing.. I want it even the colour and everything
It"s beautiful
After years of thinking my hairloss was normal and that I had thin hair, I got sterilized after my third baby and no longer need hormonal birthcontrol. My hair is thick and longer than ever!!! It was my birthcontrol 🤬🤬🤬 since I was 16 i’ve been on the pill, ring and uid. No more hormones for me
I just could not be arsed
Love it thank you!💗
I luv ur hair colour❤❤❤
Beautiful !
You should not brush straight fine hair when it’s wet. Only thick curly or ethnic hair should be brushed wet.
Oooft that seems a lot! 😅 looks beautiful
Rosemary oil is the thing.... It does wonders.. I am using it
Good advice thank you
OILING TIPS: if you’re going to oil your hair, do not use straight up essential oil. rosemary essential oil needs to be mixed with carrier oils. look into your hair type before trying any hair care tips. example: oil may be too have for your scalp, so you have to adjust this
Thank You ❤🙏
My friend literally does nothing but oiling and shampooing her hair(no any hydrating masks, conditioners and blah blah)
Istg She has the most beautiful hair in the whole school
Everyone praises her hair
Awesome! I need that raw organic protein, because surely I don't get enough protein in my diet.
U go gurrrl
please dont use just straight rosemary ESSENTIAL OIL on your hair u need to use a carrier oil mixed with it or IT WILL MAKE UR HAIR FALL OUT
Hair care tips that took me to a bun to my hir down wowww
You should use a silk elastic at night for sleep. Just loose in the mid hair to not roll around and tangle. You can not sleep with a clip
That's a normal routine , nothing expensive, extra , just to the point to get from worst to best
Exactly ◡̈ I try to make videos for every budget on things that have actually helped me!
@@TheHealthyHur Hello Taylor.
I have an interesting question that I would really appreciate your answer.
Is that Rosemary and carrier oils enough for a natural treatment or do you suggest Redensyl - Procapyl Capixyl serum?
Personally i prefer Rosemary oil method.
Thank you ❤️
I already do all of that because I have curly hair so I was obligated to take special care of it or is gonna look messy and ugly lol but yeah all of that worked for me and my hair looks better!
Thanks for sharing. ❤
I haven't cut my hair for more than a year and my ends are beautiful only with natural oils :v there is no need to cut your hair if you take good care of it. Hey, and without doing anything she does
My hair was burned ,i just quit hair dying, heating and oiled her a lot a d most important GOOD GENES and in year and a half my hair is thick and gorgeus again.
I stopped shampooing my hair for 3 to 4 months now, started to use natural things my grandmother used. I started applying oil more and massage my scalp. Started to eat food which is good for my hair. Now my hair looks and feels alive.
REALLY! That’s SO FREAKIN cool! I also don’t “shampoo” much. My hair LOVES Wen! If ur not familiar, it’s a “cleansing conditioner”. My hair feels SO clean and… “alive” is truly the perfect word! You should make a vid about your grandmother’s secret concoction! (Please message me if you already have)
@@TrinaGallo My grandmother just used homemade paste( Shihakai, fenugreek seed, dried Chrysopogon zizanioides, green gram dal) as shampoo and coconut oil. She doesn't even use hair packs. But she had healthy hair maybe because of her lifestyle during those time, less pollution, healthy foods, stress free life.
I had good hair in my childhood but after getting typhoid during my high school my hair became so thin. After that my college days were so stressful which made my hair worse. Now I am using some steps to take care of it. Like
1. Oiling my hair almost everyday at night( I use coconut oil)
2. Massaging my head( massage atleast for 10 to 20 mins everyday)
3. Eating healthy foods ( especially good for hair, eg. amala, curry leaf, spinach)
4. Stopped using chemicals in my hair
5. stopped using shampoo( I use Shihakai or blended paste of overnight soaked fenugreek seed in rice water)
6. Using hair pack regularly ( once a week. Natural hair packs, eg. egg whites, curd, small onion juice, mehandi leaf pack)
7. oil bath ( too cool down my body, I take oil bath once or twice in a month. I use gingerly oil. applying oil all over your body and massaging)
8. Cut your split ends, oil your hair ends well.
I do all these things frm my childhood and my hair is my knee length...
I can never understand How other girls remain consistent in their self care routines while having better skin and hair than anyone 😭 I can't continue beyond 4 days
Yes, If you don't have enough protein ain't nothing gonna change 😂
Try a skin pen/microdermabrasion pen on your scalp.
I can easily do all of them except I don’t have money to buy all those stuff (except water of course)
Not sure why there’s so much hate on this video: she’s sharing the tips that helped HER! If it doesn’t work for you that’s fine, if you only wanna try one or two of these things, that’s fine, but she’s just sharing what SHE does! Get over yourselves people
People are generally trying to assert their “superiority”, it’s really annoying lol
See this is just another reason why I need to start drinking more water!!! I really struggle with my water intake but I’m realizing more and more how chronically dehydrated I must be!!
Scalp massages daily help in so many ways, including preventing wrinkles according to my facialist.
How about rinsing your hair with diluted raw apple cider vinegar 1-2 times a week, much healthier than clarifying shampoo, better for your hair and scalp and way more economical.
Thank you ❤
Gorgeous gorgeous hair! Thanks so much for your tips. I have an autoimmune disease called hashimotos so I have issues with hair thinning and hair loss and have started noticing semi bald patches appearing at the sides of my head especially which concern me and make me feel self conscious. I also workout every morning so have to wash my hair after a workout otherwise it’s very limp and greasy (I have fine hair). Is there a work around for people who exercise and need to wash their hair? Thank you xxx
We all knew it already. Problem is that we haven't that much of money. 🤑
I only oil+ shampoo+conditionner+mask once every two weeks ,and wash it with water every three days or less . My hair got better than before when I used to wash it every week .It was like my hair doesn't know anymore how to wash (clean) itself naturally .
Also this let the natural oils of my scalp do their job instead . this was my experience .
Rosemary alternatives for pregnant women please
The comments are so damn negative that I just thought I’d mention: she probably wasn’t taking full videos of her hair when it was thinning. Maybe because she didn’t think about it, or just didn’t feel confident. But of course once she’s made progress she would want to take videos and provide the tips. These are all great, and I’ve had a similar experience with my hair regrowth using most of them.
