As you see the thumbnail, these exercise will help you lose fat, get a stronger core and more defined abs and obliques. Truth is you need to lose fat overall (everyone having their own fat loss structure), side fat cannot be triggered individually. Hope this helps 😊

This is pretty misleading information. This isn't a bad core workout, but localized fat burning isn't actually possible. All this exercise will do is build stronger abdominal muscles under whatever fat is there. If you actually want to burn stomach fat you'll need to lower your overall body fat by eating healthy and doing cardio. I just don't want people to try this exercise and be misled or discouraged when they don't get the "100% fast results" promised
3-4 days. The best time is in the mornings, but don't forget, if you want to loose fat, you must be in a caloric deficit based on your maintenance calories.
There is no specific Training to reduce fat in a specific region of the body. You have to train BIG muscles to burn fat, not the small belly muscles...
Thats true but remember, train your abs as you train your other muscles. Dont just expect that your just abs will pops out in just training big muscles like your talking.
