I’m currently saving for a Platypus I already designed it and it’s the 5inch government with flat face2.5lb trigger SRO cut the colors are blue raspberry, bright white, and bubble gum pink (I’m a sucker for old 90s banshee with those colors) flared mag well and full length rail

I appreciate your comparison. Hard to tell from the video but is your platypus a commander or government length?
I have a commander length one and I’m looking to change out the spring as well. May I ask where you got the 10lb. spring?
    New to 2011’s.
    Thanks!

I think you could have provided more information for better understanding and perspective. The Stealth Arms has a competition trigger which explains why it is lighter than the C2 EDC trigger. Stealth Arms is a full frame more like the Staccato P. The C2 is lightened for EDC with polymer components. Two very nice guns built for two very different purposes. Nice video though.

I understand what you are saying. I thought I had mentioned I got the competition trigger. I am doing a lot of comparison videos with the Platypus and end up mentioning something different in each video. A lighter trigger doesn't always mean better but the trigger on the Plat is def better IMO than the C2. The Platypus I have is actually a commander so it is closer in size to the C2 than it is to the Staccato P. Thanks!

How much larger is the platypus than the C2? I carry a C2 looking to get a platypus in government size. Worried that it might be too large.

I think the Government size would be a little large to carry. The Platypus in the video is the commander and it is very close to the Shadow Systems XR920 in size. I could actually use my C2 holster to hold the Platypus. Hope this helps.

Staccato exposed for being overpriced. Always hated that bootlicker company
