    this is a misleading video feeding misinformation about nuts. it for no reason paints almond as the culprit, saying it contains too much carb for the good of your health. No almonds have a very low carb content. plus the carbs are mostly fibre. i dont know why they are making videos like this! please exercise your judgment and double check. Not all videos are educational and informative
