Maaaaaaaaaaate . It grinds my gears when I’m doing a homework out and the wife starts firing questions. I’ve told her hundreds of times to pretend I’ve left for the gym . I was half way through a heavy deadlift and I nearly snapped my back a few days ago 😂 VPJFT ON THE 23rd . Good video

Good luck on your VPJFT buddy, remember on the burpees your butt has to touch your heels on the way down whilst keeping your knees together, same with all other exercises, the PTI told me on every exercise keep knees locked together. Do mock ones to that standard and dont find out on the morning of your VPJFT you can’t just cheat the burpee technique🤣 good luck though mate and if you train hard you WILL pass it it’s not impossible 🇬🇧🗡

I want to join RMR. 25yo/ around 165lbs. Appreciate your channel, thing is i'm focused on endurance, HIIT and callisthenics, since I have no other choice during lockdown. Im just glad that I live in rural sussex and not in London anymore. I have many months of work ahead of me before I join, very committed

Good video mate, any chance of you doing some specific boxing training like pad work and tips for technique? Cheers

Good advice regarding the game playing! I’m showing my son your videos. He is in cadets - he asks “I don’t have access to any of the equipment you’ve shown - are there things I can do to replace the chin up bar etc”

Good concise regimes.at my age always pulling muscles on runs so stick to express anaerobic workouts with weights and stretching. Any thoughts on anaerobic vs aerobic in middle age. Thankyou.

Thank you Graham. Mix it up, I think anaerobic work is great and brilliant for keeping muscles strong, but aerobic work is king, as it's needed for everyday life. Studies show the better your VO2 max, the less likely you are to die of cardiovascular disease which kills over 25% of people in the UK.

Sam wanted to ask a general question, were roughly the same age. would you rejoin the army/marines/reserves SAS Res 23 or 21. Or would you say your time is finished in the marines/army set up now due to your age and knowledge of how they operate.

Hey, I don't have a gym membership and have very limited weight on my bars at home. I deadlift max weight at 50kg and curl 30kg. If I focus more on calisthenics will I still be able to get strong enough??

@@harinair6927 8 months later, im into calisthenics and gymnastics. Ive gotten quite strong relatively and now i do weighted calisthenics twice a week with a weighted vest and a backpack. Gains are coming in, ive gained 8kg and im cardiovascular-wise, very fit. Applying soon!
