Yes, absolutely be stoked be happy and proud of yourself. The car looks awesome. And it’s getting even better every time you touch it🎉. A couple of years ago I took a picture of a Luna moth. They look similar to that month. Don’t worry they won’t kick your ass if you leave them alone💯.

your videos gave me enough confidence to spray paint my new guitar. I used seafoam blue Krylon Colormaxx, 4 coats, then block wet sanded 800-1000-1200-1500-2000, then used an orbital with compound, then polish and 2 coats of Mcguire liquid car wax. Shines like a factory piece!

That's a huge moth! They don't live long. It wants to see if you added oil to the compressor. Luna moths are also huge but bright green with red purple dots.

Next time just turn off the lights inside and turn the lights on outside. The moth will fly toward the light.

Man I just had the same shit happen to me!!! It was the same type of giant yellow moth, I was watching The Farmer cats right down the road from me. I was feeding them and then putting them up in the barn for the night, at first I thought it was one of the cats. But when I look down I was on the side of my shoe I kicked it off and at first I thought it was a bat nope just that giant ass yellow moth 🤣😂🤣

1951 Chevy TIN woody. Rare as hell, it was rotted into the ground so bad when he got it that the bottom 6” all around the body was gone and when they lifted i believe the frame stayed in the ground lol

Casey....buddy...boooby.....more water...LOTS MORE water!!...turn the hose on low and let it just run the whole time....also ....buff slow and use a "dark" compound when working on a straight black car for the final buff
1000 grit will do a lot more than you think...dont forget paint is extremely thin when fully dried....
yes you can buff spray bomb...but wait a week at least...longer if you caked it on

What are you going to do about those f’n plastic chrome trim pieces on the front and rear bumpers? I had a 79 Monte and once the originals came off, I could never get them to stick around the corners….
Idk yet, i am not very happy with them. Prolly gonna just stick a screw in them and try and find original ones (which is basically impossible)

What was the compound that you used to buff the car with?
Can’t remember the name but the first one i use is a rough cut (1200-1500 scratchs) and the second one is super soft cut for swirl marks
