    I went to meet a call girl last week for the first time, couldn't get hard at all, it was completely dead down there. Found the PIED community very relatable and i started nofap for 1 week. yesterday I booked the same girl again and was able to get about 70% hard, was able to put it in for the first time in my life. I thrust but felt nothing down there so I didn't finish and we stopped. It was still an improvement as I was able to get it semi-hard. I just need to keep the nofap going for longer and see how it goes. Also very appreciate the girl was very friendly both times.

      I followed PIED and NoFap and it never fixed that problem for me. What fixed it for me was going to therapy and learning new ways of thinking, especially about myself. I realised I self loathed so much that I couldn’t get fully aroused due to it. Once I learned to be more forgiving to myself and stop beating myself up, I get 100% hard every time.

      That's great that you found a solution. But what do you mean by "I followed PIED"?. It stands for porn induced erectile dysfunction. How do you follow that?

      @@ScandinavianBob I mean I followed the advice. I stopped watching P, stopped M and O for long stretches of time. It never helped me at all, because I wasn’t a heavy user anyway. I do think it’s healthier for the brain to stay off P, but it never played a part in my erection strength during sex. That’s for sure. It just made me feel like something was missing during the real thing. Like I needed more visuals than I was getting.

      Very good. Maybe you didn't have PIED. Maybe you had mostly ED caused by too much negative self talk. Or then maybe you only had very mild PIED and then those "long stretches of no P, O and M, " like you put it, took away any potential sexual desensitization, or pixel conditioning you might have had. Or like many men, a combination of both anxiety and mild PIED. Whatever it was, it's great that you are doing well now. Happy to hear it, my man!

    Nofap can be problematic depending on the school of thought and whose teaching. Your very chill you don't claim to be a medical expert you don't shame. You give multiple options and facts. But there's too many people giving information who aren't doctors and it shames young men. Like there dudes who wanna stop wet dreams because they believe it breaks there streaks when wet dreams is normal especially if you aren't ejaculating during the day.

      The fear and sometimes shame that comes a long with things like that, that you pointed out, can indeed be problematic. This is why I so often try to say things like "Don't take it so seriousl, or nothing bad happens if you happen to release" etc. etc, I do my best, and thank you for the feedback.

      Absolutely it does. More energy, motivation and drive are the things people notice the most. Myself included.

      The brain and body has an amazing capability to heal. So even if some period in our past was suboptimal in terms of our health, the body can and will repair.

    Oh so im on like day 40 ish or so now. I experienced a full on wet dream for the first time. And what i think ive learned thru this experience is that u also have to train ur mind to not get aroused thru pics of girls u might see on social media or quit it altogether for now. Because if u get aroused it builds up semen in ur balls and it leads to a wet dream. Its ur bodys way of disposing of the semen it didnt end up using the day before. So if u want to help ur recovery journey try to limit the exposure to erotic half naked lady pics. Its a detriment to ur health when u get aroused on semen retention. Basically try to avoid getting aroused throughout the day if u can. Edit: i think the “being aroused” aspect is ur body getting ready to impregnate the lady on ur phone screen. Which leads to excess semen build up. So pics of ladies can also just be as bad as porn in a way.

      No use at all if you are looking for something else. A lot of use if that's what you're looking for. Except for the money attraction, NoFap doesn't line your pockets up with gold. All it does is give you more energy, drive and motivation to make a change in your life.

      If you are tying to recover from PIED it's generally not advised. Otherwise, not as bad as bingeing on porn. But it is still possible to condition your sexuality to respond more to pixels on a screen if you get your brain used to having 50 different female models in one session. You are controlling your arousal with the click of a mouse (or scroll of a finger), which the brain can get used to. The problem is, this is something you can not do in real life. So when you get with a real life woman, you can't click to a new girl after 10 seconds. So now the arousal level goes down (cause the brain is used to needing more novel babes, click...click...click) Not saying that wat's going to happen to YOU, I'm saying that is what CAN happen to some guys. So yeah, long answer, but to sum it up: it is definitely not as bad as porn videos, but it can be problematic for SOME guys.

      Probably nothing to worry about if you haven't noticed any pied or related issues. But it's not really NoFap you are doing. And IF you want to overcome a porn addiction (which I don't know if you have, you are still feeding the addiction). This is why I don't like to answer complex questions asked in a vacuum, cause I need more context if in order to give a good answer. The answer will depend on the persons goal, history and current situation.

      In my opinion, ur still tricking ur mind into thinking its impregnating the lady on ur phone screen. Whether shes clothed or not. It’s a synthetic experience. Even those people on nofap easy mode are basically lying to themselves because they’re probably jerking it to memories from past porn experiences that are ingrained into their memories. Those pornographic images are hard to erase from ur memory. It’s probably a safer bet to avoid any type of arousal altogether. But i’m no professional it’s just an honest opinion of mine.

      I completed it without relapsing. It was not that hard for me as I was using the tools and tricks I've learned over the years. Have not made a video about it since you are the only one asking about it, so I thought no one even remembered my personal challenge.

      Yes, there are actually some people who can be addicted to M, even without porn, but nowadays with online porn, it's much more common to be addicted to porn - because of the endless novelty guys can click on.
